Very efficient and friendly staff. Apartment clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom, kitchen facilities. Longe chairs comfortable and in good condition.

The apartments lack a bit of charm but functional for a short stay and value for money. Food packages and rubbish in communal hallways outside left by other guests . Not the fault of staff but perhaps people should be encouraged to bag up rubbish and take it downstairs themselves!

Location. It is just right beside piccadilly station, short distance to piccadilly gardens where you can take buses to everywhere from the main bus terminal. Apartment. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt for 3 of us. The size was great. Washer/dryer was available in the unit so it was convenient for our long winter trip. The kitchenette comes with sufficient appliances where you prepare a meal. Beds were comfortable. Staff. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we check in to check out.

It would be good if there is instruction on clearing trash/recycle bins and replacing bin liners. Also, it will be good if there is instruction manual to use dish washer/washer/dryer as some of us are not familiar with the brands. But all sorted out on our first day.

The place was lovely! I got the one bedroom apartment. It came with one sizeable double bed and two single sofa bed for my daughters. The kitchen was fully equipped with frying pans, pots, dishes and cooking utensils. The cooker, microwave and washing machine worked well . The apartment was spacious and my girls (age 4/2) had fun running around and exploring. The staff were very friendly, took us some lovely photos by the giant Christmas tree. We paid for parking £15 per day. I’m hooked, would be checking out for stay city everywhere I go They could have been tv in the room though but it’s fine

Very good, good space, we had one bedroom apartment, kids stayed in sofa beds of the living room (two sofas) the apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances like dish washer washing machine and electric cooker. Location is perfect very close to train station and in city centre . Staff are very kind and helpful, what ever you need they help quickly, dedicated parking for the hotel (not free but with discount)

Cleaning the rooms is not daily They must put TV in bedroom (not only in the living room) Sofa beds are not perfectly clean (still good but I suggest changing them to new ones)

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit the Christmas markets and explore Manchester city centre. The location was great and everything was in walking distance. When we checked in the staff said they'd upgraded us to a bigger apartment with a second bedroom which was unexpected and great! The apartment itself was spacious with lots of storage. We had 2 bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 sofa beds in the front room, a large TV and a dining table. We also had 2 bathrooms (one being an ensuite) with showers and a bath in one too. The whole apartment was very clean and had everything we needed with additional touches like a coffee machine with pods, washing up liquid, milk etc. We'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking to explore Manchester city centre.

1. Location, the hotels just 20 steps from Manchester Picadilly station exit door, surrounded with plenty of cafe and food, and just walking distance from market street and St. Peter's Square 2. Accessibility, every train (city tram, local train, and also national rail) are all stop in this station. The bus stop is right next door, the taxis are abundant near the hotels. 3. Room was extremely huge and comfy, far above my expectation, it has a huge dining room, two bed room with double bed and the dining room has another 2 sofa bed. It has a huge windows with expansive city view, and also 2 full size bath room. 4. Power socket everywhere 5. Very helping staff, especially Darya, she helped all my needs, including early morning taxi in new year.

Very friendly staff, all smiling and so helpful! Darya- such a lovely girl! Thank you for a warm welcome and professional service 😊 We loved the kitchen - superbly well equipped. EVERYTHING you may need! We liked the apartment being freshly painted and renovated. Clean towels and clean bedding.

Sofa-beds were not very comfortable and quite small. The rooms look bigger on the pictures than are in reality. In the back of the hotel, we've noticed some dead rats and it was not very clean in places. It's good to remember that the guests park in the back and access the hotel from both, front and back of the building.

The whole place is immaculate from the reception to the lifts and rooms themselves. Genuinely one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Staff especially any of the cleaners we bumped into super friendly and just a really nice vibe to the place

beds were very hard (but I guess that's personal preference) booked a double bed and two sofa beds.. check in was 3pm and arrived around 330pm 4pm was told room wasn't ready and would be two singles, asked how long to wait for a double and they weren't sure. I did just push the singles together so it wasn't the end of the world. understand it's two weeks before Christmas and very busy though.
