We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 1-2 minute walk to Sapa Station, making it very convenient for taking the train and cable car up to Fansipan. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. They even offered to change our room to one with a better view once it became available, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Van Tien, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. He speaks fluent English and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Oh ya, the bed is very comfortable!

Overall, we have nothing to complain about, except for the hair dryer, which did not have hot air and was a bit dirty. After we mentioned this, Van Tien promptly provided a separate hair dryer. A big thank you to him for his help.

Our overall stay was splendid. What made it the most special is Tintin, the receptionist. He was nothing short of friendly, accommodating and welcoming. He's very cheerful as well every time he sees us. The hotel should definitely give him a raise for everything he does! The location of the hotel is perfect for you to walk everywhere and since Sapa is not that big anyway. The size of the room is big enough which we truly appreciate.

The accommodation is what you get for the price you pay. They try their best to be clean with it but it is slightly run down.

Vinh. I accidentally left my passport in the room safe and realized it while I boarded the early morning bus to Ha Giang from Sapa. I called the hotel, and Vinh answered at the front desk. I asked him to check the room safe. He confirmed my passport was there. He offered to bring it to me at the bus station. I accepted. The bus station is about 2 kilometers away from Sapa Centre Hotel, but Vinh arrived with my passport in less than 5 minutes from the time I spoke with him. I thanked him and offered money. He declined money and just asked to leave a review of the hotel. Here it is Vinh. You're great! Thanks again! Also, they upgraded my room.

Booked double room with mountain view. The view was good! It’s a minute walk to Sun plaza Sapa station. The restaurant has variety of dishes and the breakfast also has lot of vegetarian options. The staff is kind and helpful. They charge 3% for payments by credit card. So do many stores, restaurants in Sapa. It’s better to carry cash just in case. My husband forgot his mobile at the hotel and realized it after we reached Lao Cai station. Fortunately, the hotel staff arranged a taxi to deliver the phone before our train departure.

Hotel location is great, right in the middle of Sapa town very close to the Fanispan Rail Station. The room was good with a nice little balcony. The staff were happy and friendly. When we booked out I left my hat in the room, it is an expensive hat that I bought in Spain several years ago and I didn't want to lose it. We were about 1 hour away heading back to Hanoi when I realised. I contacted reception on WhatsApp and they made arrangements to deliver my hat to our Hanoi hotel at no cost. Great Service! And reception also booked our Fanispan Rail tickets for us. Breakfast was not fantastic but ok. The downstairs bar/cafe/restaurant is quite good.

It is in a great location and the room is as advertised. Very Good for its price. The location is just a minute's walk to Sun Plaza. Our room was a spacious good fit for 4 adults or 6. Salute to Mr Van, Mrs Huong and Mrs Xuan, great in communicating and they assist us with booking our tickets to Sunworld Fansipan and arranging a car service to the Glass Bridge and Alpine Coaster. We left a jacket in our room on our checkout day and Mr Van replied immediately that they would deliver it to us before we truly left the city center, thank goodness for his fast response and coordination that we received the jacket before we left Sapa. Our 2 day stay in their hotel was awesome and did not worry about anything.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sapa Centre Hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Sapa and near the Sapa Station, making it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. For the price, it's excellent value for money, offering clean and cozy rooms with all the essentials. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Sapa without breaking the bank!

Everything. Lots of traffic in the lobby and the cafe and you feel as if you are in a marketplace, or rather, in a Grand Hotel? Very interesting. The facility is a little old but it has a cozy and intimate feeling to it and it makes you feel at home. Also, if you are lucky on checking in, you may get an immediate upgrade to a much better room for no reason!

Room size was well enough. Bath room and its water pressure was very good. Daily buffet breakfast was very tasty. Their treditional soup was very good. Daily we had it ( 03 Days).Front reception girl always with fascinating look and smiling. They gave us a early check in because we came from Halong bay early morning. Also all the staff were very helpful. There was a young boy in front area ,he also very very helpful. Their luggage storage was very helpful ,because we went to another hotel for another 03 days with a light bags .Recommending this hotel those who planning to go Sapa and "Francipan" mountain.
