location is perfect. only a couple of blocks to the bank and a grocery store plus so many restaurants and everything you need. you're in mercardo juan and it's a bustling market with food, so many stores are nearby. the airport is 3 subway stops away, 2 if you're going to terminal 2, 3 if your'e going to terminal 1. you have to make a transfer but it's better than taking uber for 100 pesos. it's only 5 pesos.

i wish there were more ATM's in the area, but i'll live. other than that, i absolutely love this neighborhood and hotel. very nice people, very cheap prices for everything, the bathtub is slightly small, only for one person, so if you want to "party" with your loved one, get the jacuzzi suite, which is only a 100 pesos more.

i had booked a room at a hostel for this day, because my arrival into mexico city was around 6:30 in the morning, after a disappointing visit to this hostel, the manager didn't show up, and i remembered how i stood at Villas 7 a year ago. i arrived at 8:45 AM, almost 6 hours earlier than check in. at first, they were slightly surly with me about arriving so early, but because they had rooms available, i checked in an insane 6 hours earlier, and had a great nap.

i love everything. hot water showers, big bed. great wifi. nothing is bad. the location is slightly sketchy, but so many food options are available that it doesn't even matter.

Large market just 1 minute walk from hotel; very clean; excellent mattress; extremely quiet; plenty of space; responsive staff.

No electrical outlet near the bed; curtains aren't capable of blocking out the early sun during sunrise; the toilet flushing pressure was so powerful, that when flushing, a lot of water would spray out of the toilet, on the the toilet seat.

The staff's attention to detail and service is exceptional. They were very responsive to every request and question I had. The hotel is clean, tidy, and welcoming. I'll be coming back, and strongly recommended it for everyone who's considering staying there, it'll be exceed your expectations.

very intersting location to this hotel as almost anything you need is within 500 feet from the hotel. it's more of a motel where you can park your car securely and you let them know when you're leaving. markets are all over the place. food, anything you can think of is is available in a 10 minute radius. i used the metro to get to the location.

there's really nothing NOT to like except the road it's on is very very congested with commuters and pedestrians. try and take the subway there. this is not a kid-friendly place. please do not bring your entire family here.

Close to the airport. Very clean and the staff are friendly. I arrived so early and they let me go straight to a room. That’s wonderful service and something I’ve never understood other hotels not doing when rooms are available. Customer satisfaction equals good reviews and repeat business.

Drinkable water in the room would have been a plus but there are stores close enough.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, it is adorable, very comfortable and super clean. The location is secure even if it is located in the middle of a meat market area. I really appreciate the help of the staff.

looking at the menu in the room I think this is a love motel. weren’t bothered too much, but just a thought of it wasn’t pleasant.

Great location near the airport n lots of space with 2 bathrooms n showers, huge jacuzzi n room with t.v. ! Great comfortable bed n main sleeping room with huge t.v. Amazing for the price ! If you got a car, you even have yr own garage underneath yr room, not just a parking ! Sweet for safety ! 😊

The girls at the front aren't so friendly. I asked one of them in the morning to watch my suitecase while getting the other one in my room n her response was really rude like; " if someone steal it, I am not responsible ". I said, ' it is just for a minute n in front of you n you don't seem busy either ! ' I couldn't believe it...she might have preferred to play with her cel. phone....😥

It was close to the airport with very good security, so we felt very safe. Great spa tub in the room & even though it took the hot water awhile to fill up, it was eventually worth the wait! Staff were really great & someone was there to unlock the gate to let us drive out, even at 4.30am.

Hot water took ages to half fill the tub.
