I was spending three days in this hotel. I chose it because was near airport and really a lot of interesting places (a lot street food around). Some workers doesnt speak english but it is not problem, they have translator in phones:D really great. Every day was cleaning room and leave fresh towels and toilet paper.

Last night one of the guest feels like in home too much. Start listen music so loud (Wake up rest people in the same floor) but i think someone from personel react for that bad behavior.

This Hotel is Very clean. My housekeeping Ms. Laura was amazing. Exceed my expectations for the pay. Easy to take a taxi, public collective transportation, the Metro plus walk to a wonderful street market on Fridays where you can find delicious street food. I loved and saved a lot of money on this trip.

The kitchen opens from 9 to 8 too late for breakfast and too early for dinner. People open their room windows so you heard lamentations.

Close to the airport and several tourist areas. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Housekeeping is professional and considerate. Will be staying here again if the same festival is located in the area.

No laundromat. It's not a must but would have made it easier when traveling back. It is conveniently located across a laudromat across the bridge tho. Dinning room is also closed but the room service is great!

I met a beautiful person and that is Martha / Maria in the reception. She is very accommodating, kind and friendly. She let us check in early. When she knew that we are from Philippines, she was amazed and welcomed us with open arms. Ive never been welcomed like that with anyone in the reception. She is just so lovely. I will never forget her. Apart from that, the rooms are very clean and modern minimalist. Didnt expect how clean it is and fresh. The beds are comfortable as well. The hot water is so refreshing. I love everything in the room!

Reception should be renovated as it looks very old. This is very important because this is the 1st impression guest would notice when they step inside. Also, I wish they have a coffee/ snack bar so it's convenient to stay inside the hotel .

The hotel is very simple but comfortable and close to the airport, which is what was the most important for us since we had a very early morning flight. The metro is not far away but it does take about an hour to get to the center with the public transport. Great communication with the staff.

The room was clean, however we found some small cockroaches. I guess it might be quite common for Mexico City in general.

The staff was incredibly nice and efficient—- great people. The hotel is also spotlessly clean. It is only 3 blocks from the Agricola Oriente metro station and there are food vendors, super markets, and a Banco Azteca located nearby. I loved this hotel and I am definitely staying here next time I visit Mexico City (I have been there 3 times now and there is always so much more to see and do). Hot water showers, elevator, located on a great neighborhood — get out and walk — so many wonderful locally owned shops and restaurants. And very safe! Hotel Estrella Oriente is an incredible value — you get so much for your money here!

I liked everything about the property.

I had a one-night stay and it’s a great location near the airport. A little bit to far away from other attractions. With Uber going 10km takes 1hr. The staff was extremely polite and helpful when I accidentally broke the key. The room was comfortable for a one-night stay, although the Wi-Fi was a bit weak.

Close enough to the airport, 25 minutes to arrive to hotel and 40 minutes to arrive to airport due to classic CDMX traffic. Very to public transportation and easily accessible Ubers.

The bed was a bit hard and I’m not sure the sheets were clean when I first arrived.

extremely clean, safe and inexpensive. exactly what I wanted for my 9 hour layover. room is large and honestly in better condition that most hotels are double this price.

nothing. no complaints are appropriate given the quality to price ratio.
