Very friendly staff Amazing facilities (pool, rooms, parking) Close to main street of bars/restaurants Transport to the beach area and great suport in the beach (water, towels)

- Beach area could be more explored by the hotel. Few trees with shadow, and people who are not staying at the hotel can use the same area of the guests. - check in time is too late (unfortunately we arrived early and could not have early checkin) - hotel restaurant was not available for guests during our stay - pool bar closing time is early and many times there was no one there. They could extend working hours, so people could enjoy more the sunset in the pool.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect and a close walk to all the shops, beaches and restaurants. We only needed to rent a car for a day to go to Baby Beach. We enjoyed the breakfast and variety. My child ate the pancakes and French toast every day! The shuttle was handy and access to a cabana, towels, water and even floaties for my child was amazing! We will definitely be back!

I know the weather was humid when we went, but maybe some better ventilation in the rooms? We did some laundry and took the clothes back to our room to dry (we're from the UK so we normally hang dry our clothes) but they took days to dry. Other than that no complaints.

breakfast was not so good after 1 day ,becoz its the same thing , omeltte can ony be order by the server ,which take a long time to get, did not worth the time , the watermelon was spoiled , location grt , excelent for family, pool is grt , love that the cabana is avaiale to guest ,room size is grt, also have family room , bed size for 2 is awasom ,bartender need to mix drinks better for the price they are charging, love that you can take in your own liquor to the pool (buy your liqour at the airport if you can) their lunch is grt diffrent option and also its available until 5pm , love that they provided a shuttle to the beach area and provde beach towel ,chair,and water which i find to be a very good idiea.

better pillows (more frim), better on the (alcohol) drinks mix and price , ice machine is so far from the room, should have more option for breakfast,

The included breakfast quality and variety was good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s not a big hotel but that made it very family friendly since the pool with swim up bar and restaurant were all right there. I liked that they didn’t blast the music obnoxiously loud. There were always chairs available at the pools and didn’t required waking up early in the morning to reserve. They have a small section on Palm Beach with chairs with some palapas and trees for shade.

Breakfast would’ve been nice to have different options on different days but hard to complain since it’s included. The gym was clean and decent but wished it had weights like a bench/squat rack and plates. The only free weights were dumbbells that went up to 50 pounds. The air conditioner was a bit loud and made periodic clicking noises so if you’re a light sleeper it could keep you up. They only had 3 palapas but there were always chairs available under the trees.

The room is very comfortable, great bed, shower and has a small kitchen. Pool is great, they have a shuttle to the beach

First of all, the hotel is now Courtyard Marriot and nowhere mentions this. Second, the receptionists could receive training and be more polite. We felt completely disrespected once we arrived. We were already in Aruba, changing hotels, so we were wearing beach clothes. They literally served welcome drinks for everyone in the lobby except us. The lady that attended us first charged my card and then told me to wait until my room was ready. No information regarding the facilities, breakfast. I almost begged for information.

short walk to the $500/nite beachfront properties, beach close, shopping close.

first three nights were great, next three nights lots of young teens running and screaming and even knocking on doors and banging in the middle of the night. fair number of guests that had no respect for others, yelling from balconies/patios to pool area. one guest playing inappropriate music in pool on her speaker. would have been nice if staff had controlled those unpleasant behaviors.

I had an excellent and unforgettable time at this hotel. Our room was spacious with an ultra comfortable bathroom and a nice bathroom. The pool area is incredible. You can relax for hours, have a few drinks (the wet bar is part of the show) and even feed the daring iguanas. Plus: they had 2 free snacks per room, per day. Plus, the ice machine and free flavored ice water really helped to enjoy the hot days. Despite not being in front of the beach, the location is wonderful. In a short 10-minute walk you will find more than 50 bars and restaurants. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk 10 minutes or take a ride in the rotating golf cart.

The only exception was the system they use for the chairs/beds in the pool area. Hotel guests often put out their towels or other things early in the morning to secure their place in the shade. That would be OK, but some of them leave the hotel or go to the beach and "mark" the spaces for themselves. Crackling sun, empty chairs and sometimes you can't a good place for yourself. Also, I missed a proper place to dry my clothes, snorkel and beach stuff.

Paole, Linda, Luis, Gina, Iris and all of the other staff that I didn't record there name. All of the were very professional and friendly. The male that was in the outside swim up bar he was very nice and professional too. One thing we were not aware of when we booked our trip one the printout it said breakfast daily for $22.00 a day per person. We were told the breakfast is actually $28.00 a day per person. The information on booking. com is not accurate according to the check in staff. We didn't receive that being that we booked through the Mill and not Courtyard Marriott. Both properties are together you only get the breakfast through the courtyard Marriott. The breakfast menu had a lot of options to choose. The buffet of course had more choices. The other menu items were prepared very well.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Every staff member incredibly kind, the place clean and neat, delicious breakfast ("customisable" omelettes, fresh green juice and fruits, pancakes, great variety of foods), and the shuttle to the beach at any time. The AC broke in my initial room so I got a new one with an upgrade.

Slightly isolated from "the real life" of the island

Breakfast was great! Staff was pleasant and friendly. Location was close to restaurants either by walking or taxi. Hotel offered a shuttle to the beach or you could walk a 5 min distance. Pool and bar area was nice too

The happy hour red wine was not very good on our first night. The waiter that night was not attentive to us having to leave for a reservation and we were trying to have him take the wine off our bill and he knew that and was no where to be found. My room said it came with a balcony and there was no balcony??
