I chose the Cozy by its location really - just on the outskirts of Hoi An old town. It was the end of 2.5 weeks of travelling Vietnam north to center, rainy bike drives, caving tours, jungle hikes - and we wanted a good restful Hoi An time before the 23 hours trip back home And Cozy it was!! The incredibly helpful and forthcoming staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant but without being pushy, the place is clean and comfortable, great food - all you need On the checkout day we had to leave at 5.30 AM to Da Nang - we found breakfast boxes waiting for us!! I strongly recommend the Cozy

Cozy Boutique Villa and Cozy Savvy are next door to each other and run by the same people. We stayed in the Villa but had breakfast and used the amazing roof top pool in Savvy. Our bedroom was a lovely size with a balcony, not the greatest view on to some scrubland but still worth having. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you, they knew our names and helped with drivers and trips. Daisy was particularly helpful and took lots of time to give us recommendations. It was spotless, air con very effective and the whole place smart and luxurious, especially for the cost! It's a short walk to the old town, so nice and peaceful but still not too far out. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Quiet room in the villas. The staff were lovely in both hotels. We had the use of both pools in each hotel, one was a roof top with excellent views while the smaller pool at our hotel was quieter and less people and in the shade more than the main hotel, as the days were very hot.

Breakfast while good had to be taken at the sister hotel 30 metres up the road. We were told we had an upgrade at the sister hotel but in fact it was a smaller room right next to the lift. We opted to stay in our original booking and glad we did. Although there was a cockroach found on the 2nd morning. The room was cleaned again, and staff apologetic. Overall a good stay in Hoi an.

It’s a really good hotel with many great qualities. 1) it’s in a great location just a couple blocks from the bustling area of Hoi An. You wouldn’t want to be closer or the crowds and evening noise would be too much, 2) the hotel’s design is in very good taste a mix of traditional and modern design 3) my room was perfect, clean, everything you need and a balcony, 4) the breakfast is a huge spread with so many choices, 5) they have free bikes and 6) an excellent staff, nice, helpful with suggestions always with a smile.

Absolutely beautiful place, lovely rooms, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was great. Just a short walk to the old town where everything happens (lanterns, food, boat rides, shopping, night market). Breakfast was great too. Will definitely be coming back to Hoi An and will definitely be coming back to cozy hotel. PS- the Thai massage is a MUST!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this charming boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the cozy ambiance it exuded. Our room was exceptionally cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant, with its boutique charm, served up delicious meals that complemented the overall experience. The cleanliness of both our room and the inviting pool added to the enjoyment of our stay. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was the staff. Their warmth and dedication to ensuring we had a memorable stay left a lasting impression. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel truly valued as guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely boutique hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful and cozy getaway.

I liked the attention to detail. Welcome drink lemongrass tea not watered down juice, which is the usual. Large pool towels. Good advise on local cafes, coffee shops. Free bicycles to use. 6 different ways to have eggs for breakfast. Changes hot breakfast meals daily. Channel 14 - ABC, so could watch AFL. Staff checked that service, facilities good and keen to hear about ideas for improvement. Sufficient sunlounges around pool. Lovely view over the city from pool. Happy hour cocktail same price as on the street. Staff good English language skills. Staff well trained in customer service. Rooms adequate size and comfortably furnished. At end of street so reasonable quiet. Easy walk to old town.

We are brought to Cozy Savvy hotel (brother hotel and next to Cozy Hoi An Villas) so what I review here is for Cozy Savvy hotel. It's very nice and comfortable staying in Cozy Savvy. Staff is so super friendly and give best advise to us. Room is clean. I like the atmosphere in room best with grass lemon smells. It's located in walking distance to the old center.

Having a little bit confused about what I was confirmed under Cozy Hoi An Villas but finally we are check-in by another hotel. But it's totally happy staying for us.

The breakfast was superb; the location is a ten minute walk away from the noisy old town center, which was fine with us. The staff was extremely helpful. Alice gave us a 15 minute rundown on all the best places to visit, eat and shop. Ann chased after us to make sure we had a plan for the day. Zoe gave us a room upgrade for the last night and helped retrieve a lost ATM card. It doesn’t get any better than that!

The breakfast was delicious, the pool very lovely and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and informative. The location, away from the busyness of central Hoi An, was ideal. Hanna was a very helpful staff member who gave us great suggestions!
