The staff and especially Fun and Fab were truly the best. Fab recommended the best places to eat, and Fun helped us with every “problem”, making our stay worth repeating. The hotel is super nice and only a 10min walk to the very very very busy area. The location next to the river meant it was also a perfect place for us to chill during rainy weather.

The only aspect that could be improved was breakfast. Portions were somewhat small and choices limited (having only one drink option/choosing between coffee/tea and juice should be reconsidered).

The location is not that far from the old city. The view was great. Same river from the boat rides. We appreciate the interior and modern exterior. We loved the pool. Nice outdoor space across the street from the hotel. Same property. We recommend the breakfast here esp their Cau Lau that's only available in Hoi An. Phoung was very helpful. She gave us recommendations of places to visit and we enjoyed them. The motorcycle rental was quick and simple. We have to leave very early in the morning, but they accomodated us making sure we get our transportation on time. We love our accomodation experience here. We recommend this place for couples.

Though not as peaceful as I hoped it would be, the location is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of central historic Hoi An, but still in walking distance. The location is lovely and the garden offers nice and breezy river views. The hosts gives good information on do's and dont's in Hoi An and has recommendations for food, shops and tours. We especially like her recommendation for Chicken Rice ;) . There are some nice restaurants very close to the hotel, so it's no problem if you don't want to venture into the circus of Hoi An in the evening. The bicycles of the hotel are good for short distances into the city. The pool is sufficient for kids to play a bit and cool off.

The wifi was not always working properly.

I liked our room B1 overlooking the pool and river..bright and airy and a lovely view The staff were all very kind and friendly. Phuong at the front desk was so helpful with whatever we needed, a very sweet lady. The breakfast was great. You choose the night before what you want… lots of choice. The walk to the old town was about 10 min. It’s so pretty but the crowds are madness. Go for an early morning bike ride if you can

My only complaint was the wifi could have been a bit better. It was slow sending and connecting sometimes. And the road and river out front were a bit noisy at times. But this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Everything else was great. (The countryside pics are Cam Ha …added by mistake)

Mrs. Phuong is really nice and helpfull. All the ladies staff are nice. The hotel is clean, confortable and is right by the river. It’s got all you need to relax and at a good price for the quality. Also, the breakfast is good.

The only tiny thing is that it is a 20min walk to Hoi An Old Town. But, we knew it so, no issues.

Loved everything about The Corner. The staff, especially Phuong, were the most friendly we have met and they did everything and more to accommodate us. They played with and cared for our kids (3 years and 5 months), they met our requests and helped in every way. The location is a little bit off the city center, we walked every day to and from old town. We didn't mind the walk and the hotel has scooters and bikes if one would like to borrow. We really recommend this hotel, really good value for the money with a super friendly atmosphere. We would have prolonged our stay here but unfortunately we were not able to.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel, would have liked to stay longer but we had a lot of other places to visit in Vietnam. It is located in a tranquil area along the river, to get into town you just need to walk along the river ( its not far) this makes the hotel is easy to find when walking back from town. The room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool and a view of the river. The pool area is pretty and very clean, I had a lovely early morning swim. They have a garden right next to the river where there is seating to relax on. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before, this is because the Veitnamese breakfast takes time to prepare. For breakfast there was either a choice of 2 noodle bowls or various western style breakfast choices. We enjoyed sitting on the patio to eat breakfast but you could also sit inside. The staff were all very nice. Phuong, the receptionist, was extremley helpful, she recommended a taylor which gave a very good, efficient service. We also asked her for restaurant recommendations, we went to four of the places on her list and they were all good. When we had to leave she organised a taxi for us.

The decor in our room, especially under the air conditioner was stained, I think that the humidity in this town makes it difficult to avoid this type of problem but it looked as though the walls needed repainting. The room facilities list a safe but we didnt have one in our room, didnt ask if reception had a safety deposit box.

Phuong, our host, greeted us with a huge smile and was incredible throughout our stay. After welcoming us with a cold drink she asked if we'd like some information on Hoi An, and we accepted. She sat us down and told us everything we needed to know – restaurant recommendations, shows, shops, tours, and answered all our questions. She really was exceptional, one of the best hosts we've ever had anywhere in the world, and the rest of the staff were equally wonderful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely, and we were able easily to rent a motorbike through the property which afforded us the freedom to get around wherever we wanted and whenever we wanted to. Breakfast was also great, and offered local dishes such as Cau Lau noodles, too. We couldn't have dreamed of a better stay.

There nothing not to like about the Corner Riverside. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The only thing that it doesn't have is a lift, but staff are always ready to help carry luggage upstairs if needed, and it's not a tough climb to the top floors at all.

I LOVED the view of the river from my room! Even the short journey from the old town to the hotel is pretty plus there was a cafe/restaurant just down the road. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was soft and shower and bath were big enough for two. Staff were super friendly. Preordered breakfast was much appreciated. Secure parking overnight inside for the scooter. Fast and good laundry service.

There was nothing to dislike. Very happy in all respects to my stay.

The Corner riverside villa This was me and my partner’s first time to Vietnam and we couldn’t be more pleased with the accommodation at the corner riverside villa 1.Better river views - if you look at the map, this has way better picturesque views of the wide river in the day when you look out your window, as compared to the other villa’s along the narrower stretch of the river where there isn’t much “river” to see. In addition, its along a quieter street which is more peaceful and relaxing after a full day in the busy streets. And makes for a more peaceful sleep! 2.Great bedroom - room was in good condition and i experienced no issues like what some of the other guests commented. Since i am terrified of roaches i would also Like to add that it was super clean with no roaches in sight. Maybe just a 1-2 ants here and there but its normal given ants are everywhere in any city. Great shower facilities with both a standing shower and bathtub, and a seperate toilet. 3.Outstanding service & hospitality - The most important part, especially by Khuu Phuong. Phuong greeted us when we first arrived and was so warm and friendly - she had a specially curated list of personal places to visit (local establishments of her personal favourites + common tourist attractions) which you could request via whatsapp (all hyperlinked to google maps etc). This made it super easy for us to prioritise what we wanted to see, and eat and it was amazing that the accommodation provided us bicycles for us to cycle and reach the hoi an night market and other common places you would visit frequently, making a 21-30 minute walk just a 5-10 min cycle away! Phuong also was super helpful in helping to book any activities we wanted. She spoke excellent english and made our experience an amazing one at the corner riverside villa. I would say that we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back!

air conditioning wasn’t strong - but i heard its the same around all the properties around hoi an
