Very close to the beach and close to lots of restaurants along the beach and Las Ola's. Very easy to check-in and out. Friendly helpful staff available only during the day.

Two queen size beds are too much, cramping the living space in the room with 2 people. With 4 this would really lead to frustration in my opinion. The shower is too narrow and you keep tangling with the shower curtain. $20 per day for parking is too much, should be included in the rate to make it a super location.

You have to pay for parking even though you have a room. $20 a day.

We liked the location and rooms. The staff was always available through text communication 24 hours a day.

The location of the property was in a great place, the checking process was easy the lady in the front desk made it very welcoming, parking was easy you do got to pay per day $20, the room was a decent size it was very straightforward it had a refrigerator a microwave, bathroom, closet it had all the essentials that you need, overall the experience was really good, we recommend this property for a couple who just wants to go and explore,

Don't know about the other rooms but since our room was closer to the Main Street it was pretty loud, wish the room had more sound insulation the front door was a little flimsy,wish the locking mechanism was stronger so it can keep the door from shaking,

We liked the laid-back and relaxed vibe. Friendly staff. Proximity to the beach. It is easy to check in and check out. Swift response to messages and great communication from staff. Very clean towels and bedding. Enjoyed the area by the pool and patio. We were super excited about beach towel shelf, two thumbs up! It definitely exceeded our expectations. We'll stay here again next time :)

The floors were a bit dirty. We spilled some water, and when we wiped it off from the floor, the paper towels were very dirty. Closet shelves were a bit dusty, and there is a little bit of dirt or mold in the crease between the wall and floor in the shower. Overall, it didn't affect our awesome experience, it is just something we noticed that's all :)

There was no breakfast included. I liked that everything was gated and secured thru codes. I liked the close distance to the beach ( even though the weather didn't permit a beach day). 2 pools available, great.

What I didn't like was the flashing light and changing color upstairs, like it's a disco without music. Did not fit there and was really annoying. Wish there was a coffee maker in the room - the one in the "lobby" had no filters available, no water, so not usable. Also very loud, especially the footsteps (or should I say stomping) above us... but I guess that happens when u have a room on ground floor ... will always hear the stomping above.

Location was the best. 2 minute walk to beach!! 5-10 walk to shops and restaurants. I would book again. Self checking is was great stay, love the code access instead if keys so convenient. Also staff was helpful and made our stay more comfortable.

Room wasn't clean, when I addressed to staff they made it right.. right away. The headboards where dusty 😢clean walls looked like some one spilled something and no one cleaned it up.. other than that clean to perfection. Also no place to put your soap or hang use towels. Pools could've been cleaner...it was weave at bottom of one pool.

Great location, clean and comfortable. We loved the walk down to the strip along the beach. We loved the pool and the courtyard. We're planning to stay again later this year!

An email with the check in info would be great, instead of only communicating through the app (booking.com). Didn't have a good understanding of how the check in process worked ahead of time, and that it's unstaffed, similar to an airbnb. Once we found a maintenance person, they told us to look in the app for our messages and we found the info easily. It looks a little foreboding from outside the gate (a little caution tape near the front and a locked perimeter gate), but the rooms are fabulous, comfy and sparkling clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

After I arrived, the staff was gone! One of the guests there showed me where the office was and told me they work from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. That's no way to run a hotel!
