Very value for money for hotel in the center or London. Very clean, comfortable , daily housekeeping and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it. The furniture was all new and the decor was nice and modern. The lobby was also very pretty. There were nice coffee places 2’ and in general you are at a busy area with buses and underground

A fridge in the room would have been good. The carpet were clean but I believe it would be better without carpets in the room and they can get disgusting

Very confortable bed and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff very nice and friendly. Very close to west Brompton station (5 min walk)

Very poor wifi and tv cable. This needs to be improved urgently.

There was no fridge in the room and the room was quite small. I was also charged for something I didn't have, and when I called them to query this they couldn't even explain what the additional charge was for and that I have to email them.

Staff were super lovely and welcoming and the hotel was beyond our expectations. Clean, very chic and super comfortable. From the time we entered until we checked out, absolutely faultless. Check out of 12pm was brilliant and also the bar was very relaxing, trendy and the food was very tasty. Bar staff were really lovely too. Many thanks for a cracker stay. ☺️ Was right beside the Empress Museum for the Come Alive show. Ideal location for this superb show also. We will DEFINITELY be back. Also very close to West Brompton tube station and the earls court area was great for restaurants and pubs. All in all we would give it 100 out of 10 !!

Manish on reception was absolutely fantastic, really welcoming and so polite he made our stay memorable and we will definitely be returning, The property was stunning, I think I heard someone say it was newly restored, well they have done a amazing job, it’s stunning and so worth the money, can’t thank you all enough for a lovely stay !

Only thing was the breakfast it was freezing cold and the beans tasted like vinegar, so wasn’t too pleasant . . Can’t fault anything else

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. We thought it was very good value for what we paid. The staff were very hospitable and friendly, especially Noura, Maya and Cecilia.

It's only a relatively minor matter, but we found many of the tv channels listed were not available. Also, given that Mercure is a French owned company we couldn't get any French channels, as normally I can watch France 24 at home.

Very modern and clean. Had great city views and close to the underground tube so quick access to different locations. Breakfast was also fab! Overall great value!

The room was quite warm and air con took a long time to kick in, but we were so exhausted it didn’t affect us much! We upgraded to the bath, however found it a bit tricky getting in and out due to the fixed window screen.

I loved the room and found it super plush. I had dinner in the hotel my first night and LOVED! The pan fried chicken dish! It was exceptional.

The location was pretty far away, but on direct lines of the underground which was good. At the end of the day, staying in such a chilled out and plush room felt great so in the end it balances the location.

Room temperature was so hot we turned off the temperature controller, because we were unable to select a lower temperature. As usual in the UK, very cold by the windows then. Quite small room for the price.

Mecure went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They really helped in making sure my birthday celebrations was extremely enjoyable! Nothing bad to say from the staff to the facilities and the food everything was great
