Very clean, liked the bathroom & air con! A great breakfast too.

Honestly couldn't fault the staff or the hotel. A little further out of the centre than I would have liked but everything else was spot on. A nice quiet room too, although the hotel was full!

Our room was in the second building behind the main building on North End Road. The room was quiet with strong WiFi so we slept well each night. Also, the customer service and hospitality here cannot be faulted!! Breakfast includes 3 or 4 cereals with milk, 3 juices, hot drinks, bacon, sausage, cooked tomatoes, baked beans and bread, croissants. They also offered 2 fruits and 2 muffin types. The patrons complaining about Breakfast ought to remember that you get what you paid for. The hotel catered for hot and cold preferences and there was enough to choose from each day.

It was convenient, modern and overall pleasant. We had an issue with our room on the first night but were relocated and had no further issues. The staff were friendly and helpful and they had a good supply of essentials for those who forget a thing or two whilst packing.

We had a room on the top floor the first night but it was too loud to sleep as it sounded like a generator was next to the room (we were informed this was due to the wind) but we were moved to another room on a lower level without any issues and had a pleasant rest of our stay. In both rooms the air conditioning created a constant noise which was a little annoying but that was the only issue we had and it could be ignored.

Nice area to stay in. Silent at night. Short walking distance from two underground stations, several bus stops, 15 minutes walk from stamford bridge. Air conditioning worked well in the room. Comfortable bed. A bit small room for a family of 4, but we didn't use much time in the room. Kettle in the room was convinient for a cup of tea. Breakfast included in the price was nice. Good croissants and coffee, and we liked the choice of fruits. Would stay here again.

We had many jackets and rain coats, could have been more hangers for both coats and towels. Breakfast was ok, but would have liked cheese and ham for the bread, or a boiled egg. The scrambled eggs were not good.

Staff was very nice. There was no restaurant and not many facilities in the hotel, but one could use the breakfast area and bring food from one of the places around the hotel. As we travelled with another family this was a very convenient option for us, so we could stay there together for a while. The hotel is already in the zone 2 for the London public transport but on the border and is conveniently connected both with bus and underground.

The room had a really nice size for 2 but with the sofa bed open it was really packed. It is ok if you are planning to use it only to sleep there.

Our room was exceptionally clean, well laid out, quiet (which is saying something in London) and dark when we wanted it dark. The beds (we ended up with two twins) very comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom had everything you needed but if you forgot something, staff was there to help. Staff was also very welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable when we arrived early and were waiting for our room. The wifi was also good We’ll be back.

The only downside was the breakfast. It was copious and staff worked hard to constantly replenish supplies but everything cooked was way too salty and the coffee was like tainted water. They use machines so I don’t know what is wrong with them but the coffee is terrible. There was yogurt and a couple of cereals and fruit so we were okay but it wouldn’t take much for it to be better.

The room was nicely furnished and I greatly enjoyed that the shower has a door that closes. I've been in a lot of hotels that have an open shower, which leaves a lot of spray in the room afterwards. The location was excellent. There were many wonderful restaurants and conveniently placed supermarkets in our immediate vicinity. Several underground stations are within walking distance. The breakfast was fresh and delicious as well.

The ice machine in our building was broken, but the reception was happy to provide us with ice whenever we asked for some. The cleaning staff didn't replace our tea cups every day, but I think perhaps we didn't put them in the right place. The reception forgot to note down that we were granted a late check-out (twice), so we received two calls about it before our check-out at 1PM. Those were truly all minor things, however, and didn't affect our overall very positive experience.

Location was ok ,between 2 underground stations,and bus stop was just around the corner to go to many places. Reception staff was great also breakfast room staff Morris was great,they were really helpful.They did their best . The room and the bathroom was clean,comfortable beds, and quiet area.Breakfast wasn't georgeous but more than what I expected from a 3 stars hoteI I think itwas far more better than other 3 stars hotel. If you need more you should pay more and get more luxury.

could be more choices for breakfast

This hotel is modern & well maintained. The reception staff in particular were very friendly & helpful & the room(twin) was bigger than any I've ever had in London. It had a good shower & the air-conditioning worked well. For a budget hotel, the breakfast was better than many I've had.

The room could do with a bit more storage & a shelf or something to act as a dressing table. The cleaning staff replaced our towels every day despite eco notices saying they would only replace those on the floor & they weren't good at replacing tea & coffee provisions(a small thing I know but important to us)

We booked this last minute after the accommodation we had planned to stay in turned out to be a hovel! The Holiday Inn reception and breakfast staff were fantastic, very cheerful, and helpful, the room we had was immaculate and quiet and the hotel in general felt well cared for. Overall it was a great experience after the previous night's accomadation.

The only thing that would improve the hotel would be to move it so it had a nice view! For our needs it didn't matter though.
