I think the location was nice, had to walk through a weird alley to get to the beach which would help if it had lights or a paved way but still very helpful . Everyone was friendly and staff were so willing to help with a smile on their face . The water in the lobby should be also presented to the hotel guests too!

The wifi at the lobby was not working , they charged me at the hotel which was in American currency so my exchange rate did not reflect the amount on the website . Two Costco water bottles is not enough for the entirety of the stay and should be replenished Everyday. As well as breakfast should be included to promote eating at the resort .

What we love is the staff. We travel with a 4 year old and they go out of their way to high five him and say good morning. The grounds and pools are lovely and quiet. The restaurant addition this year was a plus and they will deliver to the beach.

We love our 2 story suite, but the kitchen is missing some necessary cooking needs, like baking sheet, cheese slicer, drip coffee maker. (awesome blender though). The bathroom faucets feel like they may come off in your hand or come away from the wall.

The restaurant that has been open for a year now is very good. They also deliver to the beach. It has a large menu. The staff are very good at trying to bring you things your cooking facility lacks, such as a coffee maker (vs the espresso maker usually in the room). In both suites the dishwasher is not mounted properly and if both shelves are open, it feels as if the entire dishwasher is falling out of it's place.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Oasis. The price keeps going up higher and higher but the amenities are the same. The staff is wonderful, but I was very disappointed that when I booked I was shown pictures of the suite I have had the last two years,(suite 202) but when I got there we were booked into 203 which is much smaller and yet I was paying much more. This was disappointing.

Arrival: Was greeted by friendly staff & offered a welcome drink. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we went to have lunch at their restaurant which I thoroughly enjoyed. Room: It was clean! They decorated it for our Anniversary which was so sweet. I loved how they go the extra mile to make sure you have things you will need in the room. I had lots of make up wipes, black towel/wash cloth to use for your face. They had slippers and robes are in the rooms. There’s a first aid kit in the room also. The room isn’t luxury at all but we wasn’t looking for that. It was everything we needed without a huge price tag. It was clean, smelled great and the staff was always around if you needed anything. Property: The property is so beautiful! It’s not a big property & you didn’t have to do a ton of walking to get around which I like. The pools was very clean and there’s plenty of comfy loungers around the pool and they put out towels. Beach: Absolutely breathtaking!!!! It’s a short walk from the hotel. However; they have a got cart shuttle that will take and pick you up. When you get to the beach they have staff waiting to give you towels and the hotel has its own chairs and umbrellas so that was nice. Also you can order food/drinks from your seat. Customer Service:REMARKABLE!!!!!!! I really truly enjoyed my stay here. I was so sad to leave. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help & assist in any way. They ordered our taxi service for us when needed. Food: The restaurant is so yummy!! We ate breakfast there every single day. Had lunch there twice. The jerk chicken wrap AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place!!

This property is located in one of the nicest areas of the Graceway strip. The property itself features a very nice design, all the buildings are surrounded by greenery and it has a magical quality to it. We stayed in a simple room which was super clean and designed very nicely. The balcony had a nice setee and it was enveloped in palm trees which provided privacy. Although the property is not on the beach, they have their own area on the beach with superb services (lounges, umbrella, towels, pillows, an electric shuttle service that is at the guests' disposal 7am to 7 pm. You can also walk to the beach. The property features a restaurant, which has decent prices compared with surrounding restaurants, excellent food and even better atmosphere and services. Did I mention design? The restaurant itself features some interesting design concepts. Honestly, when we compared the price we paid compared to surrounding mega resorts, this is phenomenal value for the money.

Our only issue is that in the evening you can hear a nearby restaurant with loud music (which is not in control of the property), but fortunately, you can close the balcony door, turn your AC on and you can sleep very nicely. Also, the bathroom, while nicely designed esthetically, could have a few more hangers for towels, and the shower design, while pretty is not very practical, there is no way to contain water splashing all over the floor.

First off, the location was fantastic. It is walkable/bikeable to many restaurants and shops within about 10 minutes. There are electric bikes you can use which were fantastic to ride to nearby locations. There is a golf cart which will take you to their private beach access between 7a-7p on Grace Bay Beach (or you can walk the 3-4 min). When we checked in, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the kindest staff members. The hotel facilities were meticulously kept. The two pools felt like a true oasis. The hotel restaurant was delicious! My fiance and I got engaged on this trip and we will most definitely be returning to the Oasis!! Don't hesitate booking, you will not be disappointed.

Great staff and clean facilities. Nice to have a restaurant on the property and the beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs.

Loud music across the street started at 10 p.m. and lasted until nearly 2 a.m. the next morning. This happened at least 4 of the 8 nights we stayed. Loud enough to keep us awake those 4 nights.

We had a great time at the Oasis. All the team is super nice, friendly and helpful. The food is good at anytime of the day : breakfast, lunch and dinner ! We were very pleasantly surprised about that as we were not expecting anything special. We even left with our salads to takeaway to have a nice lunch at the airport when we left. Very good move considering the food offer there. The beach is just 4mn walking or they have the golf cart shuttle to take you there. They bring your food on the beach if you want. Again, super nice and convenient. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms are classic and well decorated.

There was no blackout curtain in the room so we would wake up quite early. The mastress was very soft. I personally loved it, but not my husband.

The hotel is quite small and sits within beautiful greenery in a traditional colonial style, it’s not intrusive like some other hotels. The outside of the property is beautiful with plenty of gorgeous sun loungers, there are 2 pools. Our room overlooked the pool and was wonderful . There was a golf cart for travelling to beach which had lovely sunloungers and umbrellas and grace beach is spectacular. Food and drink can be ordered and it’s delivered to your sunlounger. The restaurant is lovely and the staff and friendly and welcoming. They have happy hour from 16:30 where local rum punch and beer are offered . We found the cocovan lovely just a short walk from the back of the hotel located by cocobistro.. We will definitely be returning . Having a fridge and a microwave in the room was great and we stocked up at the supermarket ..

It’s quite a walk to the main part of provo but hotel has bikes . There was no cutlery in the room or glasses but we asked for some at the restaurant and this was no problem.

It’s wonderful for a boutique hotel. Not on the beach but not overpriced like the ones that are. They TRULY do their very best to make up for not being directly on the beach. Food, drinks, anything u need are brought to you on the beach by staff. You can order whatever from attendants stationed on the beach. Towels, beach loungers & umbrellas are provided for Oasis visitors at the beach. A golf cart will bring u to the Oasis beach area, but we found a walking 2 minute path after the second day. We needed the walking because of all the fabulous food in Turks. Don’t plan on dieting on this island! Boat activity tour type groups will pick you up right on the Oasis beach as well. Rooms are fabulous. AC is wonderful. If u need a fan to sleep (which we do), the AC system has a wonderful setting that mimics a louder fan sound if you want it. Housekeeping is fabulous. Beds are comfortable. In room espresso is GREAT! Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, towels provided. Most importantly, we felt very safe here! Easy 7 to 8 minute walk to the strip with shops & restaurants. Bring Skin So Soft for biting flies & mosquitoes. These bugs laugh at typical bug repellent. Staff is extremely helpful! If you want to venture out to area restaurants, make reservations early!

I asked everyone in our party… Nothing is negative, honestly. Maybe have snacks provided 24 hours (crackers, cokes, chips, etc). We needed some snacks coming in late one night & there was nothing. Just load up on snacks beforehand. Not a deal breaker. Regular bikes are all rusted. I’m a bike rider & they were nearly impossible. Not a fan of e bikes, but my family loved them. Regular bikes in this environment have to be routinely cleaned because of the salty, humid air. We were extremely impressed that we saved many, MANY thousands not being directly on the beach. Grounds are beautiful. Fire pit addition would be awesome! Pool areas are a little too shaded for us, but very beautiful.
