Everything was amazing from the porters to the receptionist but the club lounge service was exceptional especially the lady who was at the eggs and pancakes station she was outstanding!! The new fitness centre gym is state of the art amazing! We loved seeing a range of employee’s. Age, gender ethnicity and inclusion is not and issue for y’all CONGRATULATIONS!!!

There was a musty smell on the level of the spa. When you come out of the lifts that area for at least 40 metres going towards the gym and swimming pool.

Great size room, friendly helpful staff at check in, excellent location in the CBD and great spa facilities and reception areas. Good breakfast and extremely helpful concierge who could not do enough to help us, they were amazing. A truly 5 star experience and will be visiting the hotel again soon. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Auckland then the Cordis offers everything you could possibly need. I am looking forward to visiting again at Easter.

Just the charging process, with setting aside on my credit card the whole amount of the bill plus any add ons so holding as pending, then actually charging at checkout again, so temporarily like a double charge on my card. I’d rather pay up front than have what feels like a double charge as releasing the pending back to my card takes ages. I know this is common practice but it is inconvenient and hotels should better explain and give clients the opportunity to pay up front and not have their credit cards locked up in this way, if you have a long stay this doubling up amounts to a serious amount of money.

The view from our room was amazing. Room was nice and clean! Very modern. We really enjoyed the club access. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. I enjoyed the spa, sauna and steam room. We have returned to repeat this staycation because of these facilities and optional activities for the children.

Would have loved more kids options in the club room but the food was outstanding with what was served. 👌 Beds were too flimsy and since I was sharing with my 11 year old, we were sort of dipping into the middle or waking each other up whenever tossing or turning. Pillows were not firm enough for me but I think it's one of those things, that is not bad but just different people, different preferences.

Definitely one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Brilliant location, great staff, lovey ambience, awesome facilities, gorgeous breakfast, I can literally go on and on about this place. The reception staff made the check in and check out so smooth. Throughout our stay, the staff reached out to us asking us if there was anything they could do more. The gym and the fitness centre were excellent. The morning breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Truly an awesome stay and we will surely be back.

The gym was excellent, very good for a hotel. There were windows that opened near the treadmills. Normally I find in hotels that the gyms are too hot and there's no way to cool down. The treadmills are very good. My husband enjoyed the pool. The beds were so comfortable. After staying at air bnbs it was so nice to finally have a good sleep!!! The kids were easily accommodated in an adjoining room, with a rollaway bed already set up (every other place we've been, we've had to ask for this even though it was booked in advance). We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, good price and lots of options, we enjoyed everything.

The backing of the seating in the dining room are stained and look dated. Wouldn't be too hard to refresh them but it feels like maybe they are waiting to overhaul the entire space rather than patch up just the seating. Americans in reception complaining about everything!! A few hills to walk into town, but there's good shopping not too far away.

Warm welcome from Concierge staff on arrival and they continued to be cheerful and helpful throughout, special mention to Peter. We were upgraded which was fabulous, our suite was extremely comfortable in every aspect. Staff in the Our Land bar were great, good food and really excellent cocktails. Pool area was good too.

The Eight restaurant was a real let down. The Wood fired Asado that features so much in the advertising was not even lit, so all the extensive meat had to be griddled on a hot plate, disappointing! The food we had was fine but far from exceptional.

We had club lounge access and the staff and service was exceptional We have been many times this year and the treatment and service you experience is gold standard! Back November and we can’t wait

Everything was perfect!

The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever had. The fitness center was fabulous and the pool looked amazing although we didn’t use it but checked it out. Two rooms close together requested and accommodated nicely. We attended a major event on site and all was lovely. Buffet Breakfast was great

We are all 6 ft or. Over. The showers - we all Hit our heads on or were above. The step Out of the bath / shower is extreme and potentially dangerous. The glass fold back also Is concerning. Shame Carpark was closed for a while so we all valet parked. That should be discounted while carpark closed.

The decor was amazing, the room was roomy, clean and comfortable. I was upgraded when I arrived which was great. I don't drink coffee but I am sure a coffee drinker would appreciate the pod coffee maker in the room. There was complimentary bottled water. Black out curtains which were handy after a long day of work to sleep in. The view over the city was great, day and night. Ordering rooms service was easy.

It was hard to navigate, find what you wanted. There were hidden QR codes instead of a book, which is OK, but first you have to find them, then find where you can find the information you need. Disappointed with the kids toasted sandwich, a bit tasteless, it was on the kids menu so couldn't be too disappointed. Should have ordered one of the amazing choices on the adults' menu.
