Well located for the area. It offered excellent amenities for a guest house: I had my own bathroom! Room was more spacious, nice big common areas. The breakfast offered a bit more variety than most guest house. All in all, at the top of my guest house experience in Iceland. The horses in the nearby paddock will be particularly friendly if you pull some nice grass for them from outside the fence.

It was a beautiful cabin in the middle of nowhere. Very quiet and dark where we were able to relax and even see the northern lights so clearly! The separated kitchen and living room was also nice! Overall great accommodations!

The water did not get very hot but it was still fine for a quick shower. The TV was also very small and not smart so we had to just watch Netflix from the phone.

Comfy beds Nice waffles for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. There was a small cooking facility The room was clean and warm Lots of parking. Sunrise was beautiful, the location is lovely.

The kitchen to prepare dinner was very small and only had a sink, toaster and microwave. It was not really possible for more than 1 person at a time to use. The walls are very thin, anyone walking around late can be heard, but it was quiet luckily! Lots of meats at breakfast but no eggs. Not great for vegetarians. There is a small grocery shop for essentials open until late in the nearby village it also has a petrol station and fast food type restaurant. There is also a fancy restaurant in the village There is another larger grocery store but it was closed at 6pm ( before I arrived )

Nice room, clean. Lots of space and lots of room but didn’t even hear the neighbours. Really nice private bathroom. A TV to watch Netflix. A space to drink coffee and discuss play games. Breakfast included and a low price for all of that. Really great place to stay at.

Just a bit hard to find the entrance since we arrived at night and there were no lights at all. Maybe they should send by email the map of the area so that we can find the reception easily.

Breakfast area provides adequate variety. Room was clean and confortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for where were visiting and not too far from a gas station with a small supermarket.

Shower was a bit tight for a big guy and not much pressure but otherwise fullfilled its purpose.

Small bathroom with little space for hanging clothes. Shared space only had a microwave. A cook top would have been welcome, We asked if we could put our ice bricks in a freezer ( to keep our food cool the next day) but there was no freezer available for guests.

Perfect place to rest after a long day visiting all the places nearby. Really quiet to have a good sleep. The breakfast is perfect to have it quick and keep your journey. We only stayed for one night.

Really cosy with a wonderful clean and fresh decor. We appreciated the couch and tv...it'd been a long time without a lounge area.

The absence of a camp kitchen was the only downfall...having access to only a microwave and kettle was not enough for us

The room and communal area are very clean, bright and easy to use. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was readily available and the food at breakfast was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

There wasn't anything to dislike, but if I had to critique. Please note down the WiFi password before leaving the reception as I couldn't find it anywhere else near my room. The bathroom shower doors were a bit narrow but not the end of the world.

Great location for exploring the attractions nearby (Skaftafell etc.), complex has spacious cottages + guesthouse with rooms and dorm as well. Room was spacious and well equipped, bathroom was clean. Small pantry with limited facilities, breakfast was good, served in common area. Staff extremely helpful, was late checking in after their office had closed, so thank you. Beautiful surroundings, great place to relax as well.

Not the best value for money but then options around this area are extremely limited.
