The location is novel and lovely inside the Lonsdale Quay market with all the stalls on the doorstep. The room was a great size and I loved looking out on the water. A large fridge and even microwave were in the room which was really handy.The Seabus to Vancouver Waterfront station is right on the doorstep and super easy to access. Two excellent coffee shops right on the doorstep too (Nemesis and Shipyard Coffee)

The shops and food options close quite early locally (7ish) with mainly only full restaurant/sit-down meal places open later. I just wanted to grab some lighter meals in the evenings after work but only really had the Fresh St supermarket or a McDonald's to choose from.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 12:30 pm and where told our rooms were not yet ready and wouldn't be available until 2:30 pm. I asked if it was possible to get in sooner as we were in for a wedding that starts at 2:30 pm and needed to change and shower.Shawn at the front desk called the cleaning staff and explained the situation. We were able to get into one off the rooms at 1:15 pm to clean up and change. And by 2:00 pm Christine at the front desk called to let us know the 2nd room was ready. Thank you so much Shawn ,Cristine and the cleaning staff all your help was greatly apriciated.

We booked a late night last-minute water-view room at the Lonsdale Quay Hotel, but didn't expect it to be so presidential! It was the large end-of-the-hall 3rd floor panoramic-view balcony room, and we absolutely loved it.

Finding the correct underground parking garage to enter, then paying for the parking and finding the lobby was a challenge, so be aware that the hotel has the 3rd and 4th floors only on top of the Lonsdale Quay Market. But it was worth the hassle to have this last-minute supersaver special price on such a spectacular hotel room.

Location is great. Seabus, neighbourhood, and has waterfront view in the room. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Exterior and hallway are a bit outdated, and looks worn out. One of the elevators was broken down without any warning. A piece of paper was on the elevator at the hotel lobby, but not downstairs at the market entrance or parking.

The room matched our expectations. A close-up view of the city out our window, and a nice view of the water/shipyard out our side window. Lots of good options nearby, short walk to boardwalk on water.

The parking was a little difficult to find. It's also a pretty busy area with cars/pedestrians, so for a not-super comfortable in the city driver, it was pretty stressful to try to find where to park. Also had to pay CAD $28 to park, which was disappointing to find out.

The hotel is very nice. Very tasteful. Very central. Great views of the harbour and downtown Vancouver.

It's actually really hard to find unless you know how to get in. I just assumed there would be parking signs and such, but I didn't notice any. You have to park in the public parking garage and then find your way up to the hotel from there. There must be two separate lots because the one I was in didn't connect to the hotel, it just connected to the Market. I don't think they could do that better, except maybe some better signs for those of us who don't check on this detail before we arrive. ;)

Spotlessly clean, fantastic easy trip from the airport. Great staff, large room, really comfy bed. Coffee machine and fridge. Great value

Restaurant could have had more choice, but lovely staff. Didn't like having the poor man's room with no view because we were drinking wine???? Spending substantially more than non alcohol drinkers and have a lobby to eat our meal in, whilst the nice conservatory room with sunset view was empty for non drinkers??? Didn't make sense. Won't eat there again even though staff were lovely and food was nice.

Great location, right in the Lonsdale Market (really nice market!) and only a few steps away from the SeaBus station that takes you right to Vancouver downtown in less than 15min. The room was spacious, with big windows and a really big bed. We were given an $8 voucher per night to use in the restaurant so we used it for our breakfasts which were well served and tasty, plus the restaurant had awesome views. The staff was super friendly and did their best to accommodate all our requests. Special thanks to Diego and the ladies from the restaurant for their hospitality!

The AC was noisy and old so we didn’t use it. We felt some cold the first night but we asked for a blanket and that fixed it all. Unfortunately the bed was too soft for us and gave us body aches afterwards. The Wifi connection was not working for one of the mobiles we had but we were given the lobby pass and that solved the issue as well.

I booked a hotel for my friend's family vacation in Vancouver, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel not only met but surpassed their every needs, making this trip an unforgettable experience for them. Upon arrival, my friend's family was assigned one of the hotel's finest suites, boasting a stunning water view. The sight from their room was breathtaking, and it set the tone for their entire stay. Over the course of six days, they were treated to a level of comfort that left them thoroughly impressed. The real gem, however, was the hotel's prime location. Situated perfectly to capture the essence of Vancouver, it allowed easy access to the city's vibrant attractions, ensuring that my friend's family had the opportunity to explore and enjoy to the fullest.

Although the building itself showed its age in some areas, the charm and character it exuded more than made up for it

The location is amazing, plenty of markets, bars and restaurants around, parks and walks nearby, public transport going any direction to the city or mountains for day trips. Rooms have great views over the water and all the facilities you might need. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options on offer, there's also a food hall downstairs if you fancied something different.

The decor is a little dated. There was some building work going on that wasn't mentioned when booking. Also window cleaning meant we had to keep the curtains closed, again not mentioned until the day before.
