The hotel has a great location. Good accessible by public transit and right across a 7/11. The rooms are cleaned upon request, which in our case we liked a lot since you have more control about your stay. Amenities are in the lobby for you to grab whenever you need them and if you need them. This reduces waste. All in all, it was a great experience.

Even though probably traditional Japanese, the breakfast didn't appeal to us. We would have loved to have breakfast in the hotel, but we decided to go out for breakfast instead. When outside, however, it seems the breakfast culture is completely different. Of course, this is completely fine. We were not expecting a continental breakfast of any sort. We did not ask or address this up front, so maybe there are options available. The rooms are rather small, but I guess this depends on how deep your pockets are. Since space is scarce in Japan and an upgrade was not available anymore, we just made the best of it.

Despite the small size of the room, everything is well organized & it feels like the room is actually bigger. Everything was new & it was really nice to be able to cast our smartphone on the TV 👌. Breakfast is also quite good.

+ Friendly, helpful staff who spoke English. + Clean rooms. + Great if you are a private person and don't like staff entering your room. They ask at check-in if you want your room cleaned every day. But they will still give you towels outside your door every day, and you can place your bin outside for cleaning also. + Good location. You can get to the subway via the hotel elevator or go across the road to the JR line. + Good amenities. Access to free water, ice machine as well as laundry and vending machines on the floor on the hotel room.

It was located conveniently along the Yamanote Line. The access from the station to hotel was a quick one & there’s even a tozai line exit to it. The staff was prompt in housekeeping daily, and the room itself was well-equipped with what we need.

It looked smaller than the photos, but we quickly made some adjustments to the table to put it under the TV console / in front of the bed to create more space.

Very close to the station. Very clean room. Nice staff. Change of towels every day and free room cleaning on request.

Had to pay a fee for my husband because even though I booked a room for 2 the price announced was for one person. Quite expensive for the room (I paid a lot less in an other hotel as least as good as this one) and the ac was not working well at all.

The rooms were clean, spacious compared to Japan standards and well equipped with kettle, microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating of our special requests as we had a child. The location is very convenient in terms of public transport, shopping and food. Breakfast buffet had many options also for vegetarians (rice porridge, soup, bread, fruits etc.)

The hotel is perfect! Everything is clean, amenities are superb! They provide water dispenser, free washing & coin dryer, and give us fresh towel every single day! Staff are friendly & helpful. Location is super convenient, across the station & lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you for providing excellent customer services!

Our beds were ok but pillows not very comfortable at all. The breakfast so perfect and so delicious! 10 from 10. Loved it. Probably the best in Japan compare with another hotels!

Staff very helpful and kind. Enjoyed drinks in the lounge area. Excellent location. Great laundry. Microwave and fridge bonuses.
