Literally 3 steps away from the train line. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. Good size rooms. The most comfortable beds in our entire trip through Japan. The staff were exceptional. The best service we experienced on our trip. We dropped our bags before check in to go and sight see - when we returned at the appropriate check in time - bags were already in our room. We went outside on a rainy day - not realising the weather, and stood on the street planning to turn back to our hotel to collect our umbrellas, when a staff member ran out with complimentary umbrellas for us. Always helpful with our questions, always a smile and a hello when we passed by. Location of the hotel is 5 minute walk to Osaka harbour, aquarium, and ferris wheel Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around too.

The location of the hotel is little outisde the centre of Osaka. So there are no direct trains. You will always have to change trains, to get to any planned locations. This did not bother us at all because the hotel was so worth it. But is worth a mention.

The service was superb. One of us sustained a leg injury while on holiday, and we sought the hotel reception's advice for a clinic or hospital. I regret not getting his name but one staff member in particular helped us tremendously. He sourced a hospital with a medical interpreter, though unfortunately the interpreter was not available that day. As an alternative we asked where we could buy crutches, which we eventually ordered from Amazon and had delivered to the hotel. The hotel staff including other receptionists continued to enquire after our well-being till check out and beyond. The room was excellent — roomy and beautiful. Lighting was well done. Large comfortable bed, though the pillows could have been better. The toilet was also fantastic, with the toilet bowl, sink, and shower/bath in separated areas. Shower included a stool for sitting down (which was most helpful due to the leg injury). Breakfast consists of baked goods like croissants, doughnuts, etc. and was tasty.

Pillows were on the small side. Hotel was very strict about breakfast hours. We saw on hotel website that breakfast ends 10am and went down at 9:40am, however the cafe sign said 9:30am and we were turned away.

love it. Just a short walk from train station and you can take a free ferry or the train to USJ under half an hour. It is not walking distance from USJ but you can clearly see its location from Google map. So I don’t agree with another reviewer that it had misleading information. The Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless, very huge compared to other hotels in Japan. Very lovely bathrooms! Beds are very comfortable. The place is very quiet and peaceful despite next to the main road. Great blackout curtain and sound-proof glass. Breakfast is simple with pastries, tea, coffee and juice. Quite a few small shops and restaurants nearby. Just Walking distance to Ferris wheel and aquarium.

Customer service and staff was super friendly, always greeted with a smile whenever walking by and always ready to help! Breakfast was free but just okay - your usual bread and pastries, moderate variety - but having complimentary drinks was a nice way to return to hotel with a cuppa. We stayed in a 3-bedroom room, it was very spacious (which can be difficult to find in Japan accom), clean and comfortable. Very happy with staying here

It's a bit of extra travel to and from if your main activities are located at central Osaka, but this wasn't too much of an issue as train station is right outside the hotel with easy access.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of three and had a fantastic experience. On the first day, we explored Osaka, and on the second, we visited Universal Studios. The location is perfect—right next to the train station and just a 10-minute taxi ride from Universal Studios, making it incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering plenty of comfort after a busy day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. Breakfast, while a bit limited in options, leaned heavily towards sweet treats and lacked a variety of healthy choices. That said, if you’re traveling with kids, they’ll definitely enjoy it! Overall, a great choice for families visiting Osaka and Universal Studios!

I would love to see a wider selection of bread, fruit, and yogurt offered at breakfast to enhance the variety and overall experience.

breakfast is just a collection of pastries, its the same everyday but they are delicious. kids enjoyed the free snacks and soda for the evening. hotel and room is clean. bed is comfortable. staff was very nice and helpful. good water pressure in shower. hotel has ice machine which is not common in Japan hotels. next door to convenience store and subway line. 10 minute walk to Osaka Aquarium. grocery store and drug store is around a 5 minute walk from hotel. prices is significantly cheaper than convenience store.

location a little far from the main Osaka area, air conditioner vent is located in the hallway entryway (keeps the entry hallway and the bathroom cool, the bedroom not so much). not enough washers and dryers, but they were very efficient. there is quite a bit of street noise at night from racing cars and motorcycles especially during Fridays and Saturdays ( no fault of the hotel).

The staff were extremely helpful. The young lady who welcomed us and sent us off was very friendly. Another male staff helped my boy with his drinks outside their complimentary drink hours. All the staff are always smiling when they see you. The room itself was so spacious with a dining table and a couch inside. Thankfully this is my last stop and it allows me to repack my huge luggage there. The location is very near the train line. About a minute walk away. It’s also near the Osaka Aquarium.

The rooms are big, perfect for families. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is also a train station just outside the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant and we like the daily welcome drinks from 3pm to 9pm (coffee, tea, juice, soda, etc). Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would like to stay there again on our next visit.

For the complimentary breakfast, we like the bread and pastries buffet but it will be better if there are also some savory food that goes well with bread such as eggs, bacon, and sausage.

All employees were so very nice & so very kind. Being our first trip to Japan it was a little overwhelming, but all employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Train right outside our front door, but still very quiet. People have complained about the breakfast, but we knew what it was before we got there so it was fine.

Everything was perfect. A little pricey, but worked for us as our son lives close by. Maybe could add some protein to breakfast or cereal.
