We enjoyed the added breakfast basics at no extra cost. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Irene and Morne, the owners were also so warm and friendly! I will say that initially, we were taken aback, the place has a bit more of a backpackers vibe than a B&B/ Guesthouse, it has a lot of character and characters 😊They also have cats and dogs, if you are not an animal person, this place will not be for you. For us this ended up being the place we did not know we needed. We truly enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The photos on the internet are a bit outdated. If you are leaning more towards something fancy and luxurious, this is not the place for you. It is very homey and communal.

I had a 10 day stay and the staff here is so loving, attentive and very helpful, especially Ms Irene and Kishianya. The location is very safe and quiet. The Wi-Fi and Netflix works perfectly, I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to stay here to experience the utmost hospitality.

I'm afraid of dogs and they have them but I eventually got used to them as they're friendly dogs. Also the shower and toilet doesn't have much privacy from the rest of the room

The place is a short ride from the airport, so it is convenient if you have an overnight layover between flights. It feels like a home as you get greeted and offered food if you come hungry. Communication prior to arrival was great and made the stay welcoming from the very start.

If one is not used to the sound of planes or birds chirping or dogs barking, it can affect one's sleep. Also, there was no door between the room and the en-suite toilet/shower.

This is budget accommodation in a friendly, welcoming Bed and Breakfast at its best. The hosts went well beyond my expectations to ensure that I was comfortable. They fetched me from the airport and took me to the airport. I was in the Single room which has an ensuite bathroom. The double rooms in the house share a bathroom. Breakfast was offered - I chose to have toast and tea. It is very close to the airport and their shuttle service accommodated some very late arrivals and very early in the morning departures. I will definitely stay again. It was exceptional value for money. And a special thank you to the hosts for sharing their dinner with me!

It is a very good place to stay for your first ou last night in SA because it is very close to airport...15 minutes maximum...the room was very nice, confortable with a good matress after 11 hours flight...wifi is strong...the owners are very friendly and polite...you feel very well...the aera is very safe...for the shuttle from the airport everything was perfect, cheap , on time...i appreciated that the owner asked me on the transfer if i needed to buy some things in the supermarket...after a long flight sometimes you need to buy some small things...

Value for msimpleoney accommodation, clean and (no tv in my room, but who cares?). Helpful staff. A little noisy early at night but it was Saturday, and apart from the occasional woof from the pups in the yard and some squeeks from the owner's birds for an exotic feeling, got a very good night's sleep. Definitely recommend.

Very home like. Staff were phenomenal, so friendly and helpful. Location to airport was great. Accomodation was very clean.

Must deal with the 3 barking / playing outside early in the morning. The rooster has to go, as it starts 330ish in the morning

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was pleasant, people were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, the doggies are cute :)

The rooster woke us up at 2.30-3 am and after that we weren’t able to sleep anymore, so we left feeling tired.

It were lovely people! Owed some rands for my shopping therefore I didn't exchange $€ on local currency. Breakfast & supper was fantastic! Where else you can try game? Impala steaks, biltong tasy dishes in SA. Bath was clean. Water warm as well. That guys have pool. BBQ. Outside cave with exotic birds & beautiful birds. Early in the morning it's better to wake up to the singing of birds than airplane. And very close to airport! I left hotel 2 hours before my international flight and almost died of boredom in duty-free as I arrived in 3-5 minutes from Reizigers Rusten. Price per night is very democratic for Joburg

a person who is not accustomed to living near the airport will unpleasant the sound of an airplane. Was uncomfortable to speak by phone when planes took off and landed

I have stayed at many establishments across the country and the world. There is something very special about a family who goes out of the way to make you feel at home. They are not intrusive but they include you in everything as if you are family. Superb
