If I could give it more stars, I would. This is THE BEST room I’ve stayed in while in Asia! I work remotely while I travel, so room comfort and good Wi-Fi are a must. Not only did the room look like a small apartment and the internet would make Elon proud, but they also include a membership to an amazing gym just 3 minutes away from the hotel, allowing me to maintain my routine just like back home. The breakfast, staff, location, and everything else are A+ as well. I even considered changing my travel plans to stay here a bit longer, but I had to keep moving. I will definitely come back soon, though. If you were as naive as I was thinking Bali would be a relaxing experience, come to Lombok and stay here: no traffic, no constant construction noise, and beautiful beaches.

Super enjoyed my stay at Reset Hotel! Loved that green terrace, it gives some privacy plus it looks beautiful. Amazing experience to have breakfast there, staff will bring you on request. Very well designed room, with plants in bathroom and cozy lights. Comfortable bed and what was very useful- a fan at the ceiling! So you have not only AC, but also this fan, which for me was great (more comfortable to use a fan while sleeping and in general). Ah and a gym membership while staying at the hotel - what a great bonus! Gym is right at the corner, super big and new. Loved that! 100% will stay at Reset during my next trip to Lombok!

Everything was great

The hotel is stunning. It's not massive, but it's very well designed so everyone can enjoy privacy. The rooms were incredibly clean every day and the breakfast was delicious. It's a little bit noisy in the pool area, but that's what you get if you want to be close to town. Inside the rooms you could not hear a thing from the outside which was lovely and helped getting incredible sleeps. The staff members are all amazing - kind, generous and always with a smile. Would definitely go back. Thank you so much!

Beautifully stylish rooms, huge bed and the best breakfast!! The staff were great and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

Rooms were very clean. Pool area was great for lounging with plenty of sun and umbrellas for shade. Room was comfortable with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Cold drinking water available for self serve in the lobby. Great breakfast options with plenty of fresh fruit and fruit juice. Friendly staff. Access to Xeno fitness gym included with your stay including the classes.

The location is a bit further from the main part of town but an easy scooter trip into town. There is breakfast included which is great but having a full time restaurant for lunch and dinner would be really nice as well.

The staff were amazing and very helpfull, the whole place was just beautiful. Very nice clean rooms with AC. Our AC broke during the stay and staff managed to repair it on the same day. Breakfasts were delicious, beside choosing from the mains (eggs many styles, pancakes, mie/nasi goreng etc.) gmthere was a fruit bowl, tea/coffee and fresh fruit juice with every breakfast. The poil was beautiful, always clean and refreshing. Clean towels basically every day + pool towels.

The bathroom had a little odor and the toilet was moving a little (wasn't attached properly) but thats minor inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay, the room is spacious, comfortable and super clean. The breakfast was really tasty, they have a lot of options and good portions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We‘ll be back for sure!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's a brand new, small boutique hotel in the center of Kuta, Lombok. The location is perfect as you are close to everything, but the hotel is completely quiet and no kids are allowed. Right next door is the biggest and most modern gym in Kuta, which is included free with the room. We had excellent massages in our room daily, the breakfast was superb, and the rooms feature their own personal terrace facing a beautiful garden and pool. The room and bathroom were very spacious, with Indonesian decor, and brand new furniture and equipment. The bathroom, in particular, was another level - its modern amenities and elegant design truly stood out. We can't wait to return - highly recommended!

A small and intimate hotel providing 12 very well appointed rooms with beautiful bathrooms and a private terrace. The mini bar fridge worked really well so your beverages were kept lovely and frosty. The gardens surrounding the pool were beautifully manicured and the pool was a perfect size and depth. Being a small hotel we were able to enjoy the pool for most of the day on our own. The hotel has a relationship with the gym next door which are welcome to use, free of charge, including their classes including yoga. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the main road of Kuta were there are many high quality restaurants and cafes and a very well stocked supermarket as well as ATMs. Many tourists staying in Kuta are here for the surrounding surfing beaches but you will need a scooter or car to reach them. The hotel offer breakfast which is of a high standard and I forgot to ask them what product they use as their linen smells divine and there bathroom products are lovely. They are a sustainable hotel and there was no plastic in use which was excellent. I will definitely return here as it was exceptional value for money in this location and has a lovely dog named Chico.

There was nothing not to like.

I loved everything about this place. Very easy communication to schedule the pick up from the port. Amazing welcome with delicious pineapple juice. Stunning and clean rooms with comfy beds. The pool area is simply amazing and the place is quiet and very private. Had the best time and would recommend this place 100% if you are staying in Kuta.

The only thing which could be improved is the selection of food and drinks. Also, the distance from the centre of Kuta is 15mins walk, but the property offers motorbike rental which we used and it was perfect.
