A super comfy bed and pillows and that's the main thing really, cosy room and perfect as a base for my needs. nice and central and I will definitely stay again. I'm in Melbourne a lot and have stayed in many hotels, Brady is great for business travel and needing a comfy no frills place to stay, toiletries are nice and the bathroom is great. Nice that there is a proper coffee bar downstairs. All the people working there were super nice too.

Obviously not the fault of the hotel at all but the poor things are hampered by the tunnel construction and it is in the middle of a construction zone, that being said they are doing well to stay chill and happy. The property could definitely do with a bit of a spruce in several areas but.. who doesn't! One thing I wish more hotels would doe is to forgo instant coffee packs for proper coffee... perhaps a little pod machine or even the coffee bags...but that's almost every hotel in the world so no biggie.

The STAFF! Whatever shortcomings this hotel had, the staff more than made up for it. I was there for an entire week. I was billeted in an extremely small room, without a desk or a chair. When the manager Amy Le got wind of this, she expressed surprise and immediately offered me a room, which I did not accept immediately (I was already settled in the tiny room), but in the end I asked to look at the alternative rooms she offered and I was floored by the difference. I moved. Now, I had a kitchenette with a stove, a microwave, small refrigerator and a hot water kettle. Amy and Eva went out of their way to ensure the rest of my stay was pleasant and problem free. Also, being next door to the Central Station shopping center was very convenient for food, shopping & the tram & train.

The first room I was given - it was ridiculously small. Construction that totally blocked the road and drivers had to make a U-turn on what amounted to a small alleyway (not their fault).

The location is perfect for me as it's easily accessible to all the places that i went. Also, the hotel is walking distance to the various pick-up points for day trips. Hotel staff were excellent in their services and i felt safe, welcomed and rested well. The bed is so comfortable, room well kept and has everything that i need. The shower water pressure is good and hot water is readily available. The toiletries for hair and body are nice smelling. Loved my stay at Brady Hotels Central Melbourne. The toiletries did not include toothbrush and toothpaste (or at least I didn't see it). Will be great to include this.

All the staff are nice and helpful. As there is construction work nearby, some noises might be heard at night. The staff and the manager rearranged another room for me as requested since I am not sleeping well at night. I feel more comfortable after moving to a new room. Thank you for the arrangement! And the location of the hotel is great. I feel safe even though I came back at night!

Someone from the upper floor smoking at the balcony and threw the cigarette down outside my room. I reported to the manager, and he came up and helped me to lock the balcony door. Thank you!

The location was excellent. Rooms were decent size and comfy. Bathrooms are really nice. The staff was super helpful. we were given the room on 1st floor. There was some construction going on outside the hotel (obviously not Hotels fault) which disturbed our sleep and we requested to give us room at higher level so we can have some peaceful sleep. there was no room available in our category but the staff upgraded us to Queen suite and gave us a room on 11th floor. We had a great sleep on 2nd night. They also recommended an excellent coffee place nearby.

Almost everything was perfect. Can put slippers into the room. Also the first room had a small hair mulch in the washroom, But it was quickly cleaned up upon informing the reception.

We got to the hotel at 6am after arriving from an overnight bus. The man on the desk was very kind to offer the room at that time which you wouldn’t get in many other hotels! It was a nice gesture and also all the other staff and cleaners were polite and always welcomed us with a smile and always said to us have a nice day and night! Definitely worth staying here. The room was also clean and the bed was very comfy.

It was a nice place to stay for the long weekend we were in Melbourne, with it being at a great central location near main shopping areas. Our room was surprisingly spacious, and quite quiet despite it being on a lower floor. The bed itself was very comfortable, and there was heating on in the room. The staff were always friendly and welcomed us whenever we came and went. Overall, we quite enjoyed our stay!

The daily room cleaning service mainly tidied the bathroom and bed, and any dirtied cups or trash left beside the bin were untouched when we came back. Some of the bathroom hardware was discoloured and the water pressure from the shower-head was very light. For those with limited mobility or lots of luggage, the slight slope the hotel is situated on may make returning difficult, especially on rainy days. There is a relatively narrow corner to turn to get into the hotel from the street, and the corridors inside the hotel are also narrow.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Melbourne! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I got a room on the 14th floor with a stunning view and a spacious balcony. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 2-3 minute walk from the central station, which makes it super convenient to explore the city and enjoy the many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Receptions were accommodating, and they had a friendly vibe with them. The room we booked is on the smaller side, but we got everything we needed. Housekeepers made sure to refill our bathroom amenities and tidy up our room. Just walking distance to a lot of must-see places in Melbourne. You can also leave your luggage after you checkout. On our last day, my backpack was stolen, and it was such an unfortunate thing to happen. But overall, our stay in Melbourne was exceptional. And Brady Hotel Central Melbourne is one of the reasons for it. Will be back for sure! 😉

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were fantastic. I arrived at 2am and they were very happy and attentive. The hotel is very central to the city and very easy to get to from the Southern Cross Station

The hot water is a little unreliable, it wasn’t until my third night that I accidentally found out that if you turn the sink tap on hot and then off while the shower is running it boosts the heat. I loved the big windows but unfortunately they faced a large parking lot so not much of a view
