I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The concierge Upgraded us for an extra 100 per night to a bigger wished room. We traveled with a dog and needed the floor space
The price is very high. I think what brings us back is the friendly and high level of service from concierge,, valets (all are incredible!) and housekeeping.

The room was exceptionally clean and had a brilliant view of the Empire State Building. The lobby bar was lovely - smelt divine, service friendly and stocked our favourite drinks!
It would have been nice if there was a kettle/tea and coffee facilities in the room - we almost got charged $12 just for two mugs to be brought up one evening!

very clean other than the rugs in lobby & bar which were extremely dirty and stained - very off putting when having a drink or food - too light in colour so showed all the stains

I requested a tub and a view. It was absolutely gorgeous and I loved every minute in the hotel.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
