Staff was extremely kind and responsive. Always interested in helping. Area has multiple restaurants and stores easily accessible without a car. We had rented at this hotel because it had a kitchen, but it turned out between the included breakfast and easy access to a variety of restaurants, we didn't need to use the kitchen.

Because of the water conserving shower head, the water pressure in the shower was really low. My hair is very dense and without a handheld option to concentrate the flow, the pressure was inadequate to wash my hair. If we had been staying more than 2 nights, I would have needed to go to a salon for a simple hair wash. Perhaps not a problem for many people, but significant for me.

Overall, it's a very nice hotel, and I would be happy to return. However, I was disappointed to find that, despite staying in an apartment suite, there were no kitchen utensils provided for cooking. This was a letdown, as having the option to prepare simple meals would have enhanced our stay. In summary, while the hotel offers many positives, including its location and amenities, it would benefit from equipping the suites with basic kitchen utensils.

loved nearly everything about my stay; room was super comfy & very clean, great breakfast, pool was great & was able to relax in the lounge area after my check-out until my flight.

they need to have a WhatsApp number listed or email address so people can contact them when they arrive. they say to call when landed to organise airport shuttle but most people travelling probably don’t have a cell to call local numbers. need to be able to contact them via internet as have wifi available at the airport. Waited for more than an hour, not ideal after an already long trip

Room spacious. Bathroom bright and clean. Bed and bedding nice. No waiting for the lift. Lovely hot swimming pool. Breakfast plentiful and good choice if only there for one or two nights.

Room smelt slightly fusty when we first arrived. Pillows a bit lumpy. Too much plastic at breakfast. Waited 40 minutes for the courtesy bus at the airport but it came eventually.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very roomy with a comfortable bed and full kitchen. Close to the airport w free shuttle. Much quieter than being on the main street, but easily walk to restaurants and stores. The included breakfast buffet was good, a plus before leaving for the airport. I will definitely stay here again when I come thru Miami. It is a fine hotel, with a friendly staff, and I highly recommend it.

The only thing I missed was a hair dryer (although it might have been provided if I had called for it).

NOTHING TO DISLIKE ABOUT THE PROPERTY. Our only concern was receiving an email to say our valid card had declined our payment on the day of arrival and we were on a 10 hour flight from the UK so had no knowledge until we landed and were on our way to the hotel. The email mention booking could be cancelled Our bank was obviously being very security minded. We confirmed with our bank that the payment was valid but was told it may have to be taken again. We do think if they want to take money before you arrive a date should be put into payment details and if things go wrong you are still on home ground to sort it out

Hotel was very close to the airport, but the shuttle was 40 min late picking us up but much better in dropping us off. We had a king bed suite which included a small kitchen. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room included a good buffet breakfast. There was light food from the bar for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though we did not have a car there was good parking. We did not have time to use the swimming pool or workout room. This was a stopover on our way home.

Breakfast was good...had many options to cater for all types of persons needs...I know some people may not like salt but I would have liked a bit of seasoning in food but it's not a deal breaker...would have like hot boiled eggs but I guess it was served cold...otherwise everything was amazing!

Cold boiled eggs and scramble egg could have had salt...maybe could have an option of both and that way u see what person's like.

Everything was better than we expected. The pool looked exactly like the picture. The food was good and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. The shuttle to the airport was also very convenient.

We requested a late check out, but when we came up from the pool our room key wasn’t working. The front desk fixed the issue quickly. However, while we were packing up to leave housekeeping and someone else knocked on the door repeatedly asking us to check-out prior to the late check-out time that was granted.
