Everything. This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I got the king room and it was huge, the bed was amazing, the shower was glorious, the amenities as well... The quality of the mini bar products is spectacular. I didn't have any but was very impressed at the quality. Additionally, I arrived at the hotel due to a missed flight, it was a last minute booking and I was welcomed with absolute warmth and kindness. I had been traveling for over 15 hours, I looked like death, and yet, I was treated with care, warmth, kindness and respect. Other hotel staff would've probably looked down on me. The restaurant food was my first highlight. I didn't eat anything throughout my flight so by the time I got to the restaurant I was starving. The food was excellent, the service just as wonderful as the one at the lobby. I think my waiter's name is Anyel(?). He was THE kindest and showed empathy all through my meal. (seriously I was a mess, tired, sad, "hangry"... But everyone at the hotel was so wonderful that I felt "at home" and soon felt much better regardless of my situation. Ps: the cachapa and the Atlantic grilled salmon are 100% recommended!

That I couldn't stay longer! I booked my flight to leave early morning but honestly, if I would've seen the hotel before booking my flight, I would've even stayed 2-3 days instead just o really get some rest.

Beautifully appointed rooms, with Comfortaire adjustable mattresses, multi-head shower, 55-inch TV, black out drapes. There is a restaurant with decent food, and a very nice pool area. 7 minutes to the Miami International Airport and shuttle service I'd available 24 hours, every 30 minutes. Staff was nice and got us checked in really early at no extra charge. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and DoorDash delivers to the front door. Room key secured elevator for extra safety.

Tried to speak to house cleaning staff. Did not speak English. Only 1 handicap spot out front , 2 lower level and 2 upper level of parking deck. Hard for disabled person because it’s to far from the hotel. Plus the elevator to the deck did not work.

The star of the show is the rooms for sure- the shower, 2 rain shower heads, and 4 side ones- I felt like I was in a fancy spa. The beds are sleep number and the room was incredibly quiet given we were right next to the airport! this was an incredible find and we will be coming back! The staff went above and beyond. At the front desk Diego helped us as we got in at midnight and couldnt' find the shuttle bus(In case you need to know, it's in front of Gate 5 on the second level, where Depratures are at) He was super helpful and kind. There also was a shuttle bus driver that also does secrutiy that was amazing, but we forgot his name. As well as Pedro, he was super helpful too, with tips, and went way beyond what we could ask for. Lastly, at breakfast, Vivinne was very kind and helpful. We had a tough morning and she made the start nice. We got the breakfast with our hotel package, and it was a lot of food. If you are not a huge eater, I would suggest getting alacart.

We liked everything. I wished the hotel had a steam room or sauna, it makes traveling so much better, but that is literally my only complaint. Stay here, your gonna like it.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating! We got to our room, and our key card didn't work. After going back to the front desk, they escorted us back to our room to make sure we got in okay and that we didn't need anything. I got the business room, and it was better than the pictures! I myself usually clean the rooms before unpacking my bags because hotels can't deep clean after stays usually...but....my room was clean top to bottom and I didn't feel I needed to. Also, rooms were pretty soundproof. So I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It was overall beautiful from the lobby to the rooms, and the food was great. Another note is that they hold your bags for you while you wait for your rooms. My only con is that they need more towels in the room initially.

Need more towels and that's my only con.

Breakfast was excellent Rosa was friendly and professional. Excellent service enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I booked our hotel through booking.com breakfast included however it didn’t show at check in I had to show confirmation. Check in was a little challenging and tiring. The second check in after the cruise was less than 5 minutes very quick professional and pleasant. Rosa again went up and beyond in the restaurant I wasn’t feeling well and she brought soup out at the pool. Thank you Rosa your service was appreciated.

Very close to the airport which was super convenient - and they have an airport shuttle . An Uber into the design district in mid town took about 15 minutes The rooms are huge - through B.com we were upgraded to a business suite. Very quiet rooms, nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfy and it's one of those beds that you can raise and lower as required. The breakfast is a la carte and you pay extra for it - food was good and the cappuccinos were excellent. We had dinner at the hotel twice - chef Maria is very talented and the wait staff were friendly and professional Fabio the concierge was a wonderful fatherly figure who kept everything running to a very high standard. This is an unassuming hotel and we were incredibly impressed by it I hope you found this review helpful

The curtains in our room need to be sprayed with silicone at the runners as they were very difficult to open and close. BUT had I mentioned it, it would have been dealt with I'm sure. $3 for a little pastry at breakfast was out of line with all their other prices.

Location , airport shuttle and the restaurant. The gals at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. My drinks were yummy. Food was good also.

The pillows were feathered and my allergies were in full effect. The mattress is hard. They have something like a sleep number and remote didn’t work. The AC wasn’t good. I don’t know what it is with the hotel industry. They have it set to 68 and I would think for 300 and some odd dollars dollar. I can turn the air down if needed.

We had a couple of nights in Miami before heading on a cruise so we chose the EB as it had free airport pickup and was not to far away from the city. Ubers to Calle Ocho and Wynwood were pretty reasonable so it made staying out of the city really easy. Room was great, really big with fantastic views of MIA runway. Comfy bed, great bathroom and the breakfast at the hotel was very good. We used the gym before our cruise day and the machines worked fine and there seemed to be a decent selection in the gym. Perfect hotel if you have an overnight flight connection or just a couple of days to see the city.

Whilst we enjoyed the included breakfast it was a shame that it didnt include the venezuelan menu. It would have been nice to try some of the different types of food or even offered a chance to upgrade to the venezuelan menu.

Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.
