Breakfast was very good. Our male shuttle driver who drove my sister, daughter, and I to the airport was excellent, an ambassador for the hotel. His name was Elverio. Also wish to thank the manager who gave me a pillow to keep. I wanted to buy one as they were very comfortable. All in all,I'll be back and I hope Elverio is the shuttle driver!

The airplane noise. Also the pool pumps were too loud to enjoy while sitting in the patio area. We tried to have a barbecue but the noise from the pumps made it uncomfortable. I would definitely check into that as it is something that you can correct.

Parking needs to be better. Only options I was giving was pay for valet parking a day or park outside on the street and it’s only enough room for maybe 7-8 cars can park on the street across from the hotel

The air conditioning unit in the room was not working.

Convenient location to airport. Excellent social extra Mondays to Wednesdays 5:30pm to 7pm. Breakfast was excellent and ideal for us. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good too.

It is difficult to talk outside when planes take off and fly overhead, but this is the price you pay for convenience. Flights did not disturb us through the night as there are less of them.

Hotel is in a good location to fly in and out of the airport. Check in and Check out was a breeze. Staff very polite. The room was spacious enough, clean, good wifi, strong water pressure, plenty of hot water. The free airport shuttle was on time and the driver very helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

There are no restaurants to walk to nearby. However, Uber came very quickly and we were able to go into Miami for a nice dinner and walk around.

The "double" room was amazing. Very clean hotel. Close to center by Uber or car. Breakfast was decent. Jessica was the best staff member, very friendly, everyone should be like her. We had a great stay, and we warmly recommend the hotel and double room for groups of 4-5 people depending on the price you get.

Breakfast hours were ridicoulous. Slight issue with the hotel towels/shower gel on the last day (causing a skin allergy/rash) and one of the younger staff at the reception thought it was funny when I brought it up - I'll make sure to let management know. Lastly, I also had to explain the above-mentioned staff on how to correctly print out my billing confirmation at the end of the stay, very unfortunate to have to go through that after a great stay. Staff needs customer service training.

We arrived and were surprised to get dinner for free. We got our room upgraded, that was a nice surprise. The room had actually two rooms, two tvs, a bath, comfortable beds, kitchen. Private shuttle was also very comfortable. Very welcoming stuff.

We didnt know the shuttle had to be preordered, we waited about an hour at the airport shutttle point waiting for the bus to arrive, it never came. Turns out we had to call the hotel and let them know we needed a shuttle. The weather was bad and we couldnt enjoy the swimming pool area.

The property is very close to the Miami Airport Intermodal Station, which gives you easy access to the airport, trains, and buses. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Despite the proximity to the airport, it’s quite soundproof and the plane and train noises are not bothersome (I’m a light sleeper). The hot breakfast and evening socials are lovely gestures, with a good variety of tasty food options. The staff was helpful and friendly, very welcoming. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I wish there were more food options (restaurants) or even a market/pharmacy/convenience store nearby, but there are many delivery options

Your shuttle driver, Evelio was a very interesting, genuine gentleman. Enjoyed the conversation with him and one other lady guest during our short trip. He was very proud of your facility and the service your team provides. Keep Evelio!

Nothing. It went well. Enjoyed breakfast too. Better than some.

It fulfilled our main requirement of being really close to the airport, we also loved the fact that there's a shuttle bus that takes you straight from the hotel to the airport every 30 minutes. Our room was really good for 5 people because there were two separate rooms and a kitchen, and that gave plenty of space for everyone. It was also good that sink was separated from the toilet and shower. Breakfast was perfect.

The AC unit was so loud that it was impossible to sleep in the same room with it. Also, one room got really cold thanks to it, while the other room was too hot. There wasn't linen for the pullout couch which we discovered right before bedtime. When we called to get an extra set of sheets the receptionist asked us to go to the front desk, instead of bringing them to our room, even when we explained we were already in our sleeping clothes. The staff was generally helpful but lacked human touch. For example, no one ever greeted us, not when we first arrived, nor in the morning, not even a simple "hello".
