Room was great! Had everything we needed for our short stay (we had a 12 hour layover between flights). Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and even a lazy boy! Bed was comfy. Had really nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower too! Conveniently had an airport shuttle and was only eight minutes away from MIA. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so helpful and funny! Please give him a raise! :)

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Facilities are nice and it was convenient that you had a shuttle to the pier for cruisers like us. We count on that. We also appreciated getting "breakfast" on the lobby floor - we look forward to getting waffles. Yum yum yummy. We appreciate that there was an individual checking off our room number before we entered the breakfast room to make sure only hotel guests were eating there. We stay at LaQuinta every time we come to Miami to cruise because of the value we receive.

Since the hotel was full, there were a lot of people getting their "breakfast" in the morning and was rather crowded. But that is to be expected.

The airport was reasonably close, but I had to drive to drop off my rental car. The breakfast was great, with a good, was excellent and the service was exceptional. The guest staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Amanlys and Melinda, these two young ladies represented La Quinta by delivering excellent customer care, kindness, and genuine hospitality. If ever I am back in the Miami area they would be the reason I would return to the La Quinta! Honorable mention also goes to my housekeeper too, who embarrassingly I have forgotten her name.

Reception staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size, clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is positioned conveniently close to the airport. So, the hotel ticks all boxes for a 1-2 nights stay before/ after a flight.

The lady working at the breakfast bar didn't speak any English and unfortunately she was not friendly at all (I would even say she was rude). The best advise would probably be to avoid her and don't let her change the overall opinion about the hotel.

The bed in the room is small for 3 people, they could offer a room with two beds... The fridge motor in the room makes a lot of noise, I had to turn it off There was no liquid body soap, the pot was empty There was no peanut butter for breakfast as a tradition at the La Quinta hotel The reception bathroom door doesn't close properly,

Your staff was absolutely AMAZING! My wife and I arrived super early because of a flight cancellation and your staff worked hard to get us into a room early and it meant so much to us!

It suited my purpose, overnight, free wifi, breakfast, location and price. Will stay again.

The hotel needs to advise the operation hours of the shuttle. I waited one hour and half hours and there was no shuttle. When i called from pay phone since I don't have roaming enabled on my phone - the phone rang for over 30 times before it was answered and then I was told the last shuttle stopped at 21:30 hours. My flight landed at 21:33 hours. It cost $15 to arrive at the hotel. 2 takeaways: Please answer calls from pay phone. Please let people know the operating hours of the shuttle to/from airport. Thank you.

It's close to the airport ,the room had 2 bed and the breakfast was ready for when you awake I was sure of a hot cup of coffee every morning of my stay also It's was not fair from my shopping center.

My family and I went for a health situation, so the place is very quiet and meet our expectations. All employees are very attentive and try to solve any situation we could had. I like very much the hotel has transportation for guests. I didn't use it but that's an important thing for people that don't rent a car. Transportation to VA hospital, from and to the airport, is very important or if you are going on cruise they transport you to the cruise port. Good facilities .

A bigger place for breakfast, the area is too small for the quantity of persons in the place. And more cleaning service in rooms.
