I had a seven night stay here with a cute view. Very good location with great proximity to bakers street and marylebone stations and regents park. Warm, clean, comfy rooms. Receptionist was kind enough to take my big suitcase up to my room, which would’ve been hard for me on the stairs. Daily room turnover was available even though sometimes it felt a little early if I wasn’t out of my room by 11 the housekeeping would knock.
The walls were a little bit thin, so my neighbours were very loud one night and it was a little hard to go to sleep, but I was too tired to get up and knock on their door. Check out carrying my big suitcase down three flights of small stairs was a bit of a challenge, but not the worst thing. Also, I believe I booked a room with one big double bed, but I got a room with two singles instead. I didn’t mind this because I am travelling alone and it gave me space to put my things on but something to keep in mind maybe for other travelers. It was also a little difficult, figuring out how to first enter the door when I arrived so maybe having instructions on your check-in message about how to use the buzzer would be helpful for future guests.

I would stay again. It was difficult to figure out if i was at the exact location because there was no signage, the door buzzer didn't work and the phone number on booking.com was not correct. The guy who met me wasnt particularly friendly. However, the cleaners' attention to detail was excellent. The room was exactly what I needed. it would have been nicer to have some more cooking utensils i.e. sharp knife and wooden spoon. Pack in your case if you can.
The arrival process. The person greeted me seemed like he was inconvenienced, the card machine wasn't working so I had to find him the next day to put a hold on my card as a deposit, and the second day it wasn't working either. the outside door to my building wasn't locked, so anyone could have wandered into our building.

Convenient studio flat with everything we needed for a short stay.
Top floor without a lift - it would have been good to know that in advance.

The room was very spacious, perfect size for movement and not feeling confined to much. Bed was super comfortable and room cleaners were lovely. If we needed any extras for the room like toilet roll or towels, they were very quick in getting them for us. Room was cleaned and bed was changed most days, apart from when we had days in. plenty of cutlery and plates for food, and fridge space. Air con was amazing and adjustable, being in the basement the room could of been very warm given the hot weather but we didn't once feel too warm and felt very cool.
There were building works being done in the corridor just round the corner from the room so we would be hearing that loudly from around 8:30am and would be hearing it all day if we were not to leave the room until 4pm-ish. Also the curtains on the room weren't great, barely covered the windows so had to angle them so they were blocking view from outside as best we could.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with essential amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hairdryer, electric kettle with tea, coffee capsules, and sugar. The location is excellent, situated in a calm neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. The reception service was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, while the apartment has some great features and is in a fantastic location, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
However, there were a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, there were no espresso cups, and the knives provided were not sharp enough to cut vegetables effectively. Additionally, no dishwashing detergent or scrubber was available, which made cleaning up more challenging. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was a bit disappointing. The windows let in some drafts, and the handles didn’t work as they should, which affected the overall comfort. I also recommend bringing your blinders, as the room was quite bright in the morning. Lastly, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear noises from the neighboring apartments, including phone conversations, which could be disturbing if you're looking for a quiet stay.

Was very confused to read negative reviews on this place - our stay was brilliant. Location is fantastic, 2 minute walk from Baker Street tube station. Check in was efficient, when booking and if you actually read the accommodation description it tells you that reception is only open until 9pm. Communication with the accommodation on booking.com was brilliant. The room was spacious and equipped. The coffee machine was a really nice addition. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay here again on returning. Really good value for money considering it’s very central London.

I like everything related to the accommodation. The room is clean, warm and provided with all the facilities mentioned. The staff was very polite and helpful. I don't understand why people hate this place and give negative reviews on the website. This is a perfect stay for budget friendly travellers with all the amenities which would exceed our expectations.
I couldn't figure it out. But my concern is to add locks in windows which would help residents to feel safe and secure. Introduce a thick layer of curtain along with the transparent ones. It would help to get more privacy.

We booked to stay for two nights whilst seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley. This was in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to Baker Street tube station and you can get anywhere you need to with ease. The room had everything we needed and the kitchenette was a bonus, nice to have a fridge to keep drinks cold in with the weather being warm. Everything was nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Checking in was really easy and the gentleman was very polite and helpful. I honestly can't fault this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
We did only have half a roll of toilet roll when we checked into the room, but I am sure they would have provided more for us had we asked them. We didn't manage to catch anyone to ask as we were out the majority of the time, so this is only our own fault!

The location is the best. few minutes walk to the Baker Street Underground and bus stops. Regent's park is also very nearby. Room itself is quite large, relatively clean, kitchen utensils are stocked, we didnt use the kitchen but its good to have especially if you are a family and want to cook some meals instead of eating out. We will definitely stay here again.
the sofa bed was not very comfortable. the mattress was very thin and we could feel the wood paneling. Toilet is quite small, so if you're on the larger side, you may have issues.

It was easy to check-in and done with a real person. Location is handy for Baker St which is well connected as well and easy walking distance to other nice areas and cafes nearby. The shower was good and the room was cleaned with beds made etc although we were only there two nights. We just used it like a hotel room but there was a small kitchen area in the room too making it a studio. It was compact but fine for our needs
Outer door to street didn't lock which feels a bit insecure for London although there were no issues. (Only one thin inside door between you and outside world then). Also double check your room door is definitely locked before you go out as we felt there was a bit of a quirk to the key card system and it hadn't always latched properly
