Great hotel location. Amazing view from the window. In the evening, you can enjoy the rooftop bar, where the view and atmosphere are wonderful. Good breakfast from the menu. Close to the park where cruises to the Statue of Liberty depart. A grocery store is just across the street.

There are very few tables in the bar where breakfast is served in the morning. You have to wait in line for a free table. Coffee is only available black or with milk; there is an extra charge for other types of coffee. The young lady working in the bar in the morning is not very friendly (my personal feeling). An additional fee, not mentioned on booking.com, is charged. Although it is refundable if you don't damage the room, there should be information about it on the booking website.

We loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back. Staff is super friendly! Thanks Lester and everyone from the breakfast crew. Always so friendly. Rooms were small but had everything you needed! Super comfortable beds and almost no noise from the street. Location great, we felt super safe and easy access to rest of the city by bike or subway. Would recommend!

We were guests here and we couldn’t get a reset up on the rooftop bar. I think they should prioritize/leave some openings for actual guests of the hotel.

The breakfast included are one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It’s not just standard buffet but an a la carte menu with excellent choices. The location is just 4 mins away from the main subways that go to both midtown and Brooklyn. It’s within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions such as One World Trade Center, Brooklyn bridge walking track, Chinatown, ferry to Statue of Liberty. We had a really good time staying here.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and we were completely satisfied with it. We are a couple who explored Manhattan for the first time and for this purpose this hotel was a great starting point. You can pick up a great coffee, water and some snacks for free and the red metro station is just as far as you can drink your morning coffee. It's a clean business area, completely safe and quiet on NY terms. There are shops and restaurants around, the river is just a few steps away with great Brooklyn view. Yes, the room is small, but as a European I found the sizes completely fine. What is more important is that the hotel is new and very clean. Please note that there is no room service everyday, you need to request it, which was fine for us. If you close the windows you can hear nothing from the outside noises which was great and we could hear only a few things from the neighbour room. It's not cheap but in Manhattan it's on a good price. Also, on the last day we could leave our luggages in the hotel to explore even more from New York.

During the check in they couldn't find our booking which was worrying at first, but the very kind receptionist made everything to get a room for us, which was also an upgraded room if I'm not mistaken with great street view. Also, the bed was a little bit too soft for me but these are minor things compared to the goods. I would choose this hotel again for sure and would recommend it!

In these times where NY hotel prices have gone through the roof, the hotel Indigo still provides value for money. The rooms are small but for a single traveler they are well appointed with an excellent bed and a spacious shower stall. The breakfast which was included in my rate was very good and I enjoyed my interaction with all the staff who made my stay very comfortable. An added bonus is the location right on water street and for me in easy reach of my office.

The property was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was new. On the first floor was a fridge where you could grab bottles of water for free which was a nice touch.

The room were a little small for 2 people once our bags were opened but we made it work. I was charged twice by the hotel. While checking out I brought this to the staffs attention, they said that it was very common for this to happen but my bank statement would b updated in a few days. If it is a common reoccurrence the hotel should definitely do something about this

I love the music played in the lobby, restaurant and rooftop bar. The food in the rooftop bar was delicious and the staff was great all around.

The rooms are kind of tiny and there are really no drawers for your clothes. I like to unpack. The steamer was a little awkward to use but it worked. It would be helpful to have hooks on the doors to hang a toiletries bag on.

Location was great. Easy access to great restaurants, taxis, very and walking distance sites. Restaurant food was good except for the coffee. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone that we met was nice. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. TV remote was easy to use.

Coffee in restaurant needs improvement. More places to store clothes. Soap and shampoo dispensers awkward to reach Room on the small size. Lighting was very dark. Only light in bathroom was bright. Coffee maker and refrigerator in a closet. Difficult to read instructions for coffee maker.
