It was in walking distance of a subway and everything was not too far from each other. It was very clean and the air conditioner was super duper cold.

I didn’t like that the full body mirror was not really useable because of the bed. Just needs to be moved.

Great location and good sized clean room. Walking distance to heaps of restaurants, sightseeing and public transport.

Lift’s could be improved, literally takes 30-45 mins waiting to get space in lifts going up or down. Understaffed as there was only one person in peak rush hour time for checking and checkouts.

great location in the financial district with LOTS of places to eat in the neighbourhood 7 minutes away from the subway station and 5 stops away from times square safe area to come back to in the evening breakfast available for $18 per person (you don't need to book in advance and possibility for takeout) clean room, nice bathroom

the room was made for 4 but the area was not really made for 4: small beds, not enough space for the luggage/storage/stuffs in the bathrooms (but it's new york)

Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice and safe location (close to the piers!)

So tiny room, not the same ft2 as described at the photos. Thin walls, hearable all others nearby. No lobby or waiting hall at the entrance.

Breakfast was amazing m. Staff was very lovely. Had a great time. Felt comfortable.

Only thing I’m not very happy with is about that 200$ deposit. They said it could take up to 4 weeks to show on the bank account.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Modern. Great position for seeing the bridges within 3 minute walk. Great for 9/11 , staten island ferry, Wall Street. We got up very early and watched the sun rise over Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. Magical! Local bus service very handy and subway a block away.

Just slightly out of the action but regular local buses. Sometimes I felt reception could have been more helpful but it was just the odd member of staff. Cleaning staff were lovely. Rooms small but not a problem.

Conveniently located and very comfortable. I almost chose a more expensive option because of some of the bad reviews but my experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was decently sized and the bed was comfortable. The room comes with an iron and a blowdrier as well!

Only minor dissatisfaction was that the room did not have any slippers and the air conditioning was a bit loud.

Excellent location in the Financial District, easy to reach the main attractions of Manhattan. I saw some comments but our room was clean and adequately maintained. Good value for money!

The area is a bit noisy, with lots of construction going on. This is not the hotel's fault, of course, but it is something to consider, especially if you are on vacation. The breakfast served in the hotel (the facility does not belong to Courtyard!!) is subpar. There are lots of better alternatives around (we loved going to the Tin Building, a 5-minute walk away).

We were very happy with our stay here. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean ( two things that are very important about a booking). So many restaurants and businesses within walking distance. We especially liked “Pearl Diner” across the street.

Nothing that the hotel could fix but getting a taxi is ridiculous.

Parking is not convenient at all . It’s right next to the hotel but can’t come in and out if you need it to unless you pay every time you put your car in the garage. Guests shouldn’t have to pay for parking , my honest opinion .
