Everything is wonderful. I love the location near the water and Battery Park, Brooklyn Bridge. The subway station is near. The breakfast is the best. It is really nice that you can find a hotel with a hot breakfast in Manhattan. The staff is very helpful and Nicolette at the front desk was really nice.

The towels are too small.

The balcony in the waiting room was nice. The room is clean.

The Deposit fee takes 14 days or a month to return back to your card and it’s almost $400 of holding

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Always willing to assist before, during, and after our stay. The location is perfect for us, exactly where we wanted to be, still near lots but away from the busiest part of the city. The room had everything we needed, at an affordable cost. We requested a room away from the elevators after reading other comments. They obliged and we got a nice view that included the river.

NYC is a noisy city and since it's a 3 star hotel, they don't have soundproofing, you will want earplugs, headphones or in our case loud rain white noise to drown out the construction that can and does happen overnight, even in the financial district. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but it did the job and again this is a low budget end hotel. If you are wanting to save on accommodation costs so you have more money for the rest of your trip, this place is perfect.

I can tell this is almost all perfect, the staff is always friendly specially the guys from the restaurant at breakfast time, they are super nice, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the location is amazing, that’s why we stay here longer than we expected

they don’t take really serious the non smoking politic, some people smokes, next door, and is so so annoying to have that awful smells specially when I’m traveling whit my baby! I don’t know if is legal to smoke marijuana in a public place like and a hotel but that is the only thing that really annoying me, the solution that they gave me is to change my room but also I don’t find this fair at all, when I’m here for 2 weeks and a lot of stuff to pack

We found the location excellent to walk to many of the places of interest. Also there were various metro stations close by to go Uptown to Central Park , Empire State Building. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Places to eat were nany to suit your budget. Plus our room had a kitchenette, microwave , fridge, crockery and dish washer. Ask for a high room to see the view. I needed an accessible room and it had everything at UK standard. Just take care with window blind its not readily noticeable that it's electric. For 2 days we reported it broke and staff didn't know it was electric! Breakfast is could standard but self service / paper plates. It certainly was good enough with a well kept variety of hot and cold food

i like the excellent customer service i receive from Jade at the front desk. She was very attentive to my needs and helped us find a service provider so that we could have phone service. She also made sure that our entire stay was enjoyable.

The elevator was an issue in that it was only two that both staff and clients have to use, but in life nothing is perfect so it pays to be patient. Although it sometimes takes a while to come, it was working for which i am thankful.

Fantastic location and neighbourhood with lovely coffee shops and restaurants in the area close to the touristic attractions and tubes. Also the room was spacious and very clean, the mattress and the pillow very comfy! Definitely recommended the place especially after a very long walk in the city.

Poor breakfast: Long queues waiting for breakfast ,the space of the buffet area was so small creating frustration in the mornings and they used to run out of basics orange juice and coffee quite quickly. Lift Capacity: Not enough lift Capacity especially for a 30 floor hotel, waiting a lot in the lobby or in the breakfast area to take the lift. There are only two lifts to accommodate hundreds of guests and the waiting time was significant.

I loved the amenities in the room, like the microwave and fridge. I also loved the peace and quiet, even though our room was right in front of the elevators. I slept great the whole time. And the location was amazing too.

The breakfast could have been better. Having more than two elevators to get to our rooms would be great. Also, giving us a room without things broken would have been nice. Lastly, I didn’t like that my room was placed right in front of the elevators. I’m 22 years old and have always been given the “worst located rooms” I’m pretty sure due to ageism. The only reason I didn’t complain was because I didn’t want to make the staff’s lives harder, because maybe it wasn’t intentional. Luckily, I slept fine and it was not a noisy experience.

It is a great location, with the Metro station reachable in less than 5' by foot. The room was clean and silent, bed was very comfortable. You can walk directly to the 9.11 museum and other interesting places. There are plenty of restaurants and Diners nearby.

Breakfast was good, but you have to arrive early if you want to be sure you find everything. Hot meals are not refilled as needed.

I was sceptical about staying so far downtown, but it proved to be a great location as the two main north-south Manhattan subway routes are just a few blocks away. It's a fairly new hotel and the facilities are still in good condition, and the few times I needed help from the reception and housecleaning staff, they were prompt and professional. There is a wide variety of quick and affordable places to eat or get food nearby.

The kitchenette only provides a small microwave for cooking and the bare minimum of silverware and dishes, so it's not too practical if you're hoping to prepare meals in the room. It's really an exaggeration to call it a kitchenette in the first place.
