Room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to airport. Breakfast offered a range of options.

Directions for the airport shuttle, specifically, needing to call to schedule a pick up, should have been communicated in the confirming email. The confirming email simply stated the operating hours for the shuttle. We waited on the curb at the airport while the rest of the hotel shuttles passed by. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle in the airport and needed to call 3 times for it to come pick us up.

We had a great stay. Didn't get a chance to use the airport shuttle however because we had to phone for it and just coming off a long haul flight, my phone was not connecting. Ended up jumping in a taxi. Wish we could of just went to a meeting point at a certain time. We saw the hotel shuttle bus passing a few times but as you have to phone for it. We just couldn't get through. The cruise shuttle was great, cheaper than taxi. Breakfast was brilliant, husband loved the little omelettes. Staff were great, if the could understand our Scottish accents lol

This property was excellent because it was practically 2-3 minutes from the airport, so the location was important to me. Unfortunately, I did not get an opportunity to have breakfast. On the first day of my stay, I had an early morning schedule, on the second day I woke up late, and on the last day I had an early morning flight, so I completely missed all my opportunities for breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am I think they should extend the breakfast schedule to 6 am to 10 am. The room was fabulous, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean. I had an awesome view of the pool, it was gorgeous! The shower was roomy, and I enjoyed the bath products, they had "Dove" bath products. The bath gel and lotion were creamy, and it left your skin smooth and soft.

This property only had one problem. It was with the toilet bowl, the water pressure seemed to be an issue. It took forever for the bowl to fill up once it was flushed. Additionally, consideration for extending the breakfast schedule should be made to change the time to 6 am to 10 am

The shuttles from the airport and to the port were a very nice service -and affordable.

I loved the fact that we arrived early due to a changed flight time, and they were completely accommodating. The man at the front desk locked up our luggage and let us hang out by the pool until he could have a room ready for us at noon. He answered all questions we had, and recommended a great place that delivered a pizza for us. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, we utilized the shuttle to the cruise port. Easy peasy.

I was a bit sad when I realized the hot tub was not working the day we were there. The water was ice cold!

I needed an airport transfer, and stuff in the hotel was very friendly, helped with all info and suitcases. Also, was a good breakfast and room exceptionally clean.

Could be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

It's close to the airport. Literally a 3-7 minute drive (depending on traffic). Room was a nice size. You can buy snacks downstairs. There is a gas station next to hotel. The hotel has breakfast but I didn't eat anything, so not sure how it is. Parking lot is small. Be sure to get a parking pass so your vehicle doesn't get towed. Has an outdoor pool. You will hear planes taking off so if this will annoy you, this is not the place to stay. It was good for one night stay. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you plan to stay longer. There do have a free shuttle to the airport. Runs every hour on the hour starting at 6am. If you want the shuttle to pick you up from the airport call the hotel & they will send the shuttle.

Only one side of shower had sliding glass door & it wasn't close to the shower handle. Had to step into shower to turn on. It was hard to turn to get handle to hot. Took a minute to warm up. Also, toilet made a knocking noise so had to keep door closed to sleep.

Loved the location: Literally across the road from the airport. Room was also relatively large, bed was mega comfy, and shower pressure was great. Also the hotel shuttle - so so very appreciated.

Due to proximity across the airport, it was quite noisy with planes flying over the hotel. But nothing some noise-cancelling earphones can't fix. We tried to walk here from the airport - I do NOT recommend this! There is a very trafficked road to cross. So either take the hotel shuttle or a taxi.

Check in was great, the staff was really nice, the room was super clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was reliable and on time. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again mainly because of the location and how clean the room was.

The A/C was a little difficult to use. When you tried to adjust the tempreture even a little, it started to blow hot air. So it was either ice cold - or hot.... no in between. But I was still comfortable.
