This is a great location with easy access to the lower old Quebec shops and restaurants and history. It’s a good walk up to see more landmarks and museums. If you are starting or ending a cruise in Quebec City, this is the perfect spot. The apartment it self connects two large suites and a bedroom by a very large dining, kitchen and living room space. The hosts are very pleasant and are very proud of what Quebec City has to offer.

There are minor deficiencies that come with time for hotels, and this is no different. Any concern is rapidly addressed.

Fantastic location overlooking St Lawrence river in lower part of Old Town. The 3 bedroom Le Cartier apartment was stunning and absolutely huge with fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and large living space. Our teens each got their own room and it had 2 full bathrooms. Great location and shared rooftop with perfect view of Les Grands Feux fireworks (Thursdays in August). Managers super nice and convenient parking available for a fee. Great air conditioning in heat of Summer.

It was amazing. Could hear a bit of street noise until it quietened down at night.

Big, beautiful and so well appointed to the art work on the wall, amazing wooden flooring, three bathrooms and the bedrooms were exquisite. The living room looking out on the park and the river was amazing! We played many games and had many great meals in the well appointed kitchen and dining room. Loved the brick work, Murphy bed, and separate seating and work areas. Staff was superb!

We stayed at Royal Dalhousie as a family of five, and found the apartments perfectly located, well-appointed and spacious. Lilian hosted us very nicely and helped deal promptly with a couple of minor hiccups. A perfect solution for a travelling family (even better when the parents can walk 50m to the excellent Restaurant Tanière for a special date night!)

The apartment was well appointed and clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (all adults). The apartment was in a perfect location to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We had a great view of the river. It is on a busy road and we could hear some traffic but it would not deter me from renting this apartment again. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good size.

I would have liked a few throws for the couches.

The property was FABULOUS! The location was perfect and beautiful. The owner and staff were very accommodating and kind. It has every amenity, no detail overlooked. We are a family that likes luxury and SPACE, this was both! Look no further!

The hosts were amazing. Very helpful and spoke excellent English. Location was excellent. The rooms were large and the lounge / dining area was so beautiful and comfortable. The windows were fabulous with a view over the river (when the cruise ships were not in dock)

The size of the rooms and the location was perfect. The hosts were very kind and informative.

In the primary suite, the bathroom needed a water closet. As it is set up now, you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. That was our biggest obstacle to a completely comfortable stay.

Location and very clean.

We all loved the property, it was stunning! The only thing I would suggest is replacing the pillows we all noticed a musty smell with all of them and maybe add a mattress topper to make the beds more comfortable. Again, we all would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations in a high ceiling, historical property that is very spacious. Feels like stepping g back in time with all the modern conveniences. Beds were comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated including art on the walls.
