The appliances were great and the air conditioning as well. It was very clean and decorated modern. The location was so close to all of the beautiful shops and galleries in Old Quebec. It was nice and quiet in our loft too. Nice communication with the renter.

Wish they had a complimentary snack basket for people who come in from a 16 hour drive and are tired and hungry. And complimentary coffee would be so nice. Everything was the bare minimum. No food, spices, poor lighting in bathrooms. It'd be nice to have softer

Both apartments were even better than expected from the photos. Very clean, quality appliances, very comfortable, very spacious! Parking was only a 5 minute walk away. Easy 15 minute walk to all old Quebec City restaurants, shops and attractions. Questions or support from property management was very fast. Awesome!

Very minor but sound really travels within the apartment and from the hallway. Luckily, the other guests were quiet and respectful at our time of visitation. Again, very minor but there was no "view" :). One apartment looked at a brick wall and the other, business offices. So, that was a bit funny to see walking down the stairs in the morning - for them too, I imagine. A bit on the pricey side but we would still do it again.

Very spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently situated in the old part of the quebec city.

No available free parking. They told us to pay for the overnight parking which was around $19.

Overall, the property was in an excellent location, well appointed, the beds were great and the unit was generally clean. There were a lot of linens, soaps and such available. The unit was very spacious and perfect for the needs of a family of 4.

There were some spots that I think the cleaners missed (we have two little kids so we spent a lot of time on the floor) and there was some gross stuff under the tv stand and such. Likely wouldn't have noticed if not for having to crawl on the floor. A roll of paper towels would have been a nice addition. They did offer to reserve us parking at a nearby public parking lot, but it ended up never happening, and when I asked about it, I never got a follow up response. That being said, there is a lot of accessible parking nearby for a reasonable price so ultimately it didn't matter.

LOVED the location. so easy to walk around old Quebec city and with 2 kids it was worth it to be close to the area we wanted. the apartment was very nice and had what we needed. There is someone to answer the reception phone quickly.

Check in is at 4pm and they do not send any info on getting in until 4. Would have been nice to have a code ready to go that simply didnt work until 4. We requested a crib before arrival, it was not there so we had to call and unfortunately it took over an hour to get. The lower level bathroom smelled and the sink was clogged.

Very loud/echoey. Small details need to be upgraded (ex: kitchen supplies is very limited and very well used). The oven was ridiculously loud, we felt a bit uncomfortable using it as we knew other apartments could definitely hear the roar. Not even close to soundproof, so that definitely needs to be taken OFF the description. Communication with the property was difficult and disappointing. Prior to our arrival, I tried to reserve a parking space for the duration of our trip (4 days) and received no reply. It was stated on booking.com by the property that parking could be reserved. I did attempt to contact the property multiple times (I also included this request in the special request section when booking) but did not receive any response, at any point.

The location and easy access to everything was great. The whole place was extremely quiet and check in was fast and easy with a door code. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

It was sparsely equipped. There was only salt and pepper for spices, no paper towels or laundry detergent. The view from the condo was a brick wall so there wasn't a lot of natural light but we weren't in the condo most of the day anyway.

The loft is spectacular, spacious with all amenities and in a great location of Old City. The kitchen is fully equipped and smart TV makes for fun hanging out. Great place for family or friends vacation. The heat is zoned, so if you can have some areas warmer and some colder. Just a perfect place

Location is great right near the historic city sites and good number of middle and high end restaurants. Location is peaceful and well connected.

Parking was a bit of a problem as it was a public parking spot and two blocks away from the apartment entrance. There was a bit of confusion about booking the parking site. The public parking would have turned out cheaper if we would have paid directly at the parking kiosk rather than booking through the lofts management.

We were fortunate to find a tavern that let us sit until they opened. 5. a method/device to bolt lower door,at night. Don't want to just trust elect. keypad. thank you
