Location was great

I did not like the noise of cleaner making in the corridor . Also although we put do not disturb at the door they enter the room without any permission which is not acceptable .

Very confusing guarantee payment system for the room. No windows that could be opened.

Hotel location, Design and reception staff

I am a member of the Marriott club and used to stay in it....compare with other Marriott hotel and considering a 5 Star hotel, amenities are not upto mark and not even complete... No toothbrush & paste, bathroom scale etc ..room and bath cleaning is not satisfactory and no amenities replenishment. i.e. commode was clean on the day when I arrived but during the stay of 7 nights it got scaled and got yellow. No tea spoon in room for coffee/tea making.... One disposable stirring stick on the first day which was never replenished till I complained on the fourth day...excuse was we don't do it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the marriott şişli , and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff were very nice specially “Sima” and “ Ogulcan” and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, offering stunning views of the city. It was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could wish for. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated in the heart of Istanbul, it's conveniently close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, my stay at marriott şişli was nothing short of perfect. I can't wait to return!

Room was comfy.. like the water bottle that were refilled each night. Loved the bed. The breakfast buffet

The light configuration, the fact that I came back to the toom and my windows was open and it was 25 degree. There was no coffee maker. The breakfast buffet pay system. I first was told it was included with my room, then told it wasn't in which case I had to go to the front desk to check with them. I told them just charge it to my room but instead they follow you around in the restaurant with a bill. Very strange and uncomfortable. Happened to a couple of us. Service in the bar and bar restaurant were friendly bit it take a long time before they take you order. We loved Anil in the bar!

I like the extra safety check for every guest in the hotel This is my second stay in this hotel I came back for them because I'm pretty sure that their service is the best I like the cleanliness, the welcome, the stuff Stuff is very welcoming and polite, and they are very respected with people who are being respected and honest with them Whenever I ask for water, they are serving me very nicely The gym is open 24 hours, which is great

I stayed in many 5-star hotels before I expected to see toothpaste and toothbrush, but I didn't see them They took insurance money from me at the time of check-in Some of the towels in the bathroom are spotted with dark spots. They need to check them before being used by guest

Everything was excellent except for the mattresses in the rooms. They were old and lumpy and uncomfortable after a couple of nights.

Location was convenient and comfortable for us. If you are looking for shopping center -one of the biggest Istanbul Cevahir Shopping Mall is - 5 min walk. Hotel is located on the active street - local shops and markets, transportation options, taxies available right in front all the time no need to wait .. Room size quite big, bed very comfortable.. Each hotel employee was very friendly and helpful!

Staff treatment and location was outstanding. We had a very good time staying at the hotel.

Some issue with the advance deposit lead to locking my family out of their rooms. after ordering a meal through room service my family was asked to make make an advance deposit or pay for the meal charge. I thought this was inconveniently and necessary. I was called to front disk to pay for the meal charge, when this could have waited to the time of checking out and charge me all dues.
