It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Right from the entrance one gets the feeling of grandeur. The design and also the rooms are quite impressive. We have especially to mention that the personnel was highly professional and very very kind and friendly, especially the restaurant personnel, Sonia especially kind and human. We felt like home actually. The breakfasts and dinners were quite diverse and tasty. We were lucky to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the party with Beirut vibes was extraordinary, the music and the atmosphere with the lights and the vibe were really unique. The location is really good, just 6 min from the airport and with the car in just 20 min from the city center. All in all we highly recommend it to everyone who stays in Muscat.

It is only a recommendation - the toiletries should better be in larger volume - more environmentally friendly and not in small plastic bottles

I loved everything about this hotel. Extremely exquisite with a beautiful reception, pool area, dining area and beyond. My room was absolutely stunning, spacious and the bathroom had a fancy bathtub, shower and area to get ready. The bed was very comfortable. I had enough space to work and lounge with a huge sofa right by the window.

The hotel itself was amazing. I wish the staff were a bit more friendly. At check-in, no one showed me to my room, I was quite frantic and was going in circles because the elevator was not working until I was told I needed to tap my card. Although even with tapping my card it still didn't work throughout my stay.

Taxi price manipulation. When you’re inside the hotel, the OTaxi app locks you into one option - Luxury taxis only. This is the most expensive choice, costing you over 10 times more than a regular ride. A short trip to the airport? €45 instead of a normal €4. But if you walk just 100 meters away from the hotel, magically all the options are back. The hotel image would benefit from not resorting to such tricks.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is good with a bath and a shower. The bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the staff very responsive and attentive.

The lighting controls are a bit tricky - when you turn some of the lights off in the main room and it switches off the bathroom lights which isn't good if someone is using the bathroom at the time. The bathroom lights switch indicators are lit indicating the bathroom lights are on but they are not. If you press the light switches the indicator lights go off which actually switches on the lights. That's backwards in my opinion.

Room was a little too small for a family of 4 with 2 young kids but we did book the basic room i belive as we stayed only two nights and was out of the hotel throughout our stay. Only used the pool on the day we checked out, hotel kindly gave us free late check out. Housekeeping were really good. Breakfast selection was good too. A very good hotel close to airport.

Size of the room. Swiming pool is small but as we went when it was quiet no one else was using it. Busy times will be a different story.

Clean, great food, nice staff (except for the inhouse taxi service manager)

The inhouse taxi service is a pure scam, be very careful!! They have clear upfront rates for picking you up from the airport, which they do very correctly, but if you ask for a regular taxi to leave the hotel and go to Muscat, they will send you out in regular taxi who does not put on his meter and upon arrival applies some pre-defined fixed rates per destinations from the hotel that nobody had communicate to us upfront (roughly 50 to 75% more expensive). When complaining about this, we got a half cooked apology, their inhouse taxi service even became arrogant and very condescending. Pity, because the hotel is very nice/clean, food is delicious and the staff are great...

This was my first visit to Oman and my first stay at this hotel. Everything was fine; the cleaning staff and the hotel staff were very cooperative and nice. The only issue was with the WiFi, which had trouble connecting to more than one device. Other than that, the overall vibe was good. The hotel is located outside the city, near the airport, which also helps with getting to the airport quickly.

Staff very welcoming, hotel is perfectly located if you need to be near the airport (5mn drive), the room was even better than expected, very confortable and luxurious, the bed is great and the bathroom is huge and very well equiped. A welcome pack was even prepared in the room with chocolate and pillow perfume spray. The pool is beautiful and very clean. We loved our stay in the hotel :)
