Our stay in this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location could not be better. It is a 2 minute walk from the mall and a 10 minute drive from the airport. There is a beautiful mosque only a 5 minute walk away and it is surrounded by tons of diners and restaurants as well as fast food places. The cleanliness was immaculate and the service was exceptional. Our receptionist Kumar was absolutely amazing. He did everything he possibly could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He even went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable whilst waiting for our taxi and gave us back our room card at no extra cost so we could relax again whilst we wait. A massive thank you to Kumar as he was so respectful, pleasant and well mannered especially towards my family. The service could not be better and we will 100% be staying here again!!

This hotel is the perfect place for an adventurous vacation in Oman. We just used the room to sleep and relax when we were tired of the adventurous day. If you are looking for a perfect located hotel in the center of Muscat, this is the place! It’s a good comfortable hotel if you are not just seeking for luxury. The staff was really kind, maybe the most kind I ever have seen in a hotel. Every day I could extend my stay for the same price I booked in Booking.com with my genius level 3 discount. Even if my card didn’t work in the morning, it was no issue to pay later that day when it worked. If you need extra clean towels during the day, you just ask and they bring it to your room in just a few minutes. Even when we brought some food from outside to the room to eat in the evening on our own plates; the roomservice cleaned all the trash and did even our dishes the next day. And despite that Oman is one of the safest countries in the world, it gave us a good feeling we could lock the door extra with an hardware cord lock. At the start of our holiday we planned to stay for 2 nights, at the end we stayed two times for 3 nights! And when we left the manager personally helped us getting all our luggage downstairs! We will defiantly come back, for the comfort, the location and last but not least: the service!

No one is perfect of course. In our first room the water in the shower had an hard time to enter the drain, but it never flooded the bathroom. In our second room the showerhead had a lot of rust on it (216). The last night we could not sleep that well because other rooms around us where moving the chairs a lot in the night. But it was also the first day of Ramadan so I could understand that. When I told this the next day to the reception they excused and gave us a complimentary free late check out. So yeah some things could improve, but for us it was not a big deal and I am sure they will fix these small issues!

I appreciated various aspects of the City Center Hotel property, including the accommodating manager, Ms. Sylvia, who ensured our needs were met. The clean and well-appointed rooms, especially the junior suite with a jacuzzi, contributed to a relaxing stay. The overall ambiance, coupled with polite staff and superb hospitality, made our experience highly enjoyable. Looking forward to returning for more delightful stays.

I didn't encounter any significant issues with the City Center Hotel property. The overall experience was positive, and both the accommodations and service met our expectations.

Got the tour service from the hotel. We agreed on a specific amount of activities for a fixed price. Despite the fact that we did less activities as planned and I had to wait 1 hour in between because a car malfunction, the tourist guide asked for more money than he initially quoted. Just be aware of this situation, save receipts, keep a strong attitude and make them keep their word.

Nice location vry close to Mall. Good service. Friendly and very helpful staff specially the receptionist Mr. Kumar. I had my flight 11:30 night n was supposed to chck out with my 2 kids at 12 afternoon but after knowing this he gave me 4 hours of complimentary stay in room and after chck out he also offered me that i can wait in lobby til evening and catch a taxi to airport. Really appreciative.

Just hope someday they will offer Room Accommodation that includes budget friendly meals. Maybe they could upgrade their TELEVISION on a SMART one, anyway they have unlimited WIFI connection. For a non arabic speaking ( as most of the programs via cable are in arabic) guest we can enjoy more on the comfort our rooms.

Extraordinary service and kindness from European lady at reception and her kind colleague. I was very surprised that one hotel with such a good price for value keep staff with such a high level of professionalism. I did Booking reservations and in 3 min my room was ready, literally we escape much more expensive hotel where cocorachs were walking in front of us, with no any level of professionalism. This hotel is 5 min walk from City center mall. It would be amazing if same hotel would have small coffee shop or restoran near reception. Its nice environment, especially at lobby where you could enjoy your coffee. Small garden is beautiful in front. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable. We will be back for sure.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating before and after we arrived. Taking into account our flight landed at 6am, it was really appreciated. The room was spacious, nice simple decor, with a really comfortable bed, and very clean. It felt really silent. The hotel has parking and is 1 min walk to the shopping mall so perfect for a quick wander.

hi, I have been staying in City Center hotel, Muscat for over an year, i visit the hotel every month, i must say they have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and the reception team led by MR KUMAR IS AMAZING, he and his staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful during my stay every visit, i would definitely recommend this hotel.
