it has a nice environment. the staff are great and kind. it has a high quality and various breakfast and especially the bakery was fabulous, Mr. Hisham shatat who was the baker there was great and friendly.

it has written in the description that there is spa in the hotel, but it has not been open yet. and one afternoon one of the staff opened the door by her card and came in to check the room while we were in the room, it was a complete disturb and impoliteness.

the ambience, facilities and cleanliness

the beach was a let down, the sand wasn't as i expected. Rough and near the shore line there were plenty of rocks and sharp objects such as broken wood. The rocks could be removed and a 'sandier' beach would boost the hotel experience

Try to avoid Coya Restaurant in the Hotel. My first night, I decided to have a dinner there. I ordered a glass of Malbec with my meal, but the wine lacked any flavor, so I informed the staff. The sommelier then came over, brought a new glass, and opened a fresh bottle, explaining that the previous wine was likely old and possibly just the last dregs. He allowed me to taste the newly opened bottle, which was excellent. Then he mentioned that if I wanted a good wine, I’d need to place a new order. Such a shame and disappointing treatment for a supposedly upscale restaurant.

Many visitors from outside occupying the lounge and restaurant and wandering inside the hotel and at the pool which was annoying .

Absolutely stunning hotel and room, everything is convenient and modern without being too complicated (I mean i don’t like too smart new-style hotel). Here is the classics of the hotels. Design is nice. Personnel is perfect and very proactive. I liked the people at the reception and fitness team. Fitness team is experienced, they even help you with some exercises. Hotel has its own private beach, it is clean, convenient and picturesque. Also they boast the unique mix of the restaurants at their building incl Novikov and Greek and Italian one

I think the breakfast might be a little bit more variable in terms of greens and salad Also I think there might be some offers for the first guests, as the construction around is ongoing, and the hotel is like being tested, but the price is already going at no discount.

i have stayed in st regis muscat for one day it was wonderful everything from reception, to the pool and beach teh cleaniess of the beach and helpfullness of the pool staff the breakfast was delicious and diverse the chefs are amazing will definely stay again

Our stay at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort was exceptionally memorable. We visited as a couple seeking a warm pre-Christmas escape, and the weather was simply perfect for relaxation. The standout feature of this hotel is its attentive staff, anticipating every need often before it is even expressed. At the pool and beach—which are stunning, with crystal-clear seawater—guests are treated to complimentary mocktails, smoothies, lemonades, and fruit skewers every other hour. Sunbeds and umbrellas are meticulously reset multiple times throughout the day to ensure optimal comfort. A noteworthy experience involved the staff's compassionate response when my partner fell ill. Without hesitation, they provided comforting ginger-lemon-honey drinks, respecting our preference for natural remedies, and were consistently attentive throughout his recovery. On my solo visit to the mosque, the hotel ensured my safety with a complimentary driver and checked that I had an abaya. Their attention to detail was exemplary, even extending to minor clothing repairs. This is still not everything. We must particularly highlight two extraordinary members of the recreation staff at the pools, Elyas and his manager, Mr. Kinya Collins. They became friends during our stay, impressing us with their incredible ability to anticipate our needs and bring laughter and joy. If there were masterclasses in hospitality, they should be the ones teaching them. Their positivity, resourcefulness, and kindness, all delivered with unique personal flair, are unmatched and undoubtedly come from the heart. Both excel in their profession and are exceptional human beings. Their teamwork and genuine enjoyment in their roles left us wishing we could adequately repay the exceptional experience they provided. There are many high-end hotels but very few with a soul and this is thanks to them. Immense gratitude and kudos to the entire St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat team for an unforgettable experience.

everything was impeccable

We had an amazing time at St Regis Al Mouj for a quick weekend gateway. I would give the staff 100+ star rating for the amazing service they provided from the minute we booked, to the warm welcome and attention throughout the stay. We had some issues with our booking upon check-in and Mr Mark Gregorio was our hero to shift everything around and made our stay unforgettable, even when our flight got cancelled he extended our room check out without us asking, a HERO indeed. Mr Zakariya AlKusaibi, a beacon of joy !! He ensured everything was booked and ready for us and gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and cafes in the resort and gave us an amazing special tour around the property. The food in the restaurants was amazing, and how can we forget the amazing time we spent at Zorba Greek restaurant with the most beautiful view, ambiance, delicious food and top noche service by the staff. Many thanks to Mr Hussein and his wonderful team ! Last but not least, Ms Munia Douchy who took care of all our stay arrangements from A-Z we can't thank you enough for all your assistance and support throughout our stay and going out of your way to ensure that we are happy and enjoying our time. Although it's a soft opening, we've enjoyed most of the facilities at the resort. The fitness center was amazing, the pool can't be missed and the beautiful breeze coming from the ocean while walking on the beach was the cherry on top. We'll be back once again after the Grand Opening and we can wait to dine in the international famous restaurants that will open and spend a full day at the Spa ! :)
