We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful, newly renovated apartment, perfect for our family of four with two adult children. We visited during the snowy New Year period, and the heating system worked flawlessly, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. The location is also ideal, just a short distance from the city center. The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. We traveled as a larger group, booking several apartments, and all of them were equally great. Our host, Nihad, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, responding promptly to all our requests and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a family stay!

Everything was great!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with adequate room for 5 adults. My kids did not like sharing the double bunk beds, and it was tight for three adult kids with suitcases, but worked. The living room was spacious . It was nice to have a second bathroom and a washing machine. The location was great, quiet but only an 18 minute walk to the old town. There were two grocery stores a few minutes walking. The best thing was the underground garage. Worth the 5Euros/day for us.

There were few kitchen pots and pans, so the one night we cooked dinner was somewhat difficult. There was no coffee or anything else in the kitchen, and no shampoo/conditioner/amenities in the bathroom. The coffee maker, a Lavazza was impossible for me to find pods for. They did bring coffee for two (of the 5 of us) after request, but did not bring more despite saying they would. We ran out of toilet paper after one day and had to buy more, which I thought was unusual for an apartment setting. There is no one on site to help with issues.

This place was amazing! The location is perfect—super easy to get around and close to everything you need. The house is modern and has all the amenities you could ask for. It was spotless when I arrived, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The host - Nihad - was awesome—super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was a breeze, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone!

Providing free car parking would be a huge plus. Having this included would make the stay much more hassle-free. Please let guests know in advance if there are any cash payments required, like for deposits or additional services. It's helpful to have clear communication about this beforehand so we can prepare in advance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment during my Balkan trip, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation of my journey! The apartment is ideally situated just off the old town center, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a short, pleasant walk to the vibrant old town, making it perfect for exploring the area's rich history and culture. Plus, there's a small supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient for our needs. The apartment itself is spacious and impeccably clean—seriously, not a speck of dust! It feels very new and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nihad, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We arrived late at night, and he was there to welcome us, making the check-in process smooth and easy. When it was time to leave, he kindly arranged our airport drop-off, which we greatly appreciated.

- perfect location (quiet but walking distance from the very centre of the city) - excelent host - spatious and comforatable apartments - absolutely clean I led a group of university students of geography and was very happy to find a place to stay which looked comofratble, close to the downtown, and for reasonable price. After arrival we found accomodation accually more comfortable, clean and spatious than expected. The host was very helpful, waiting our group on the street, providing us information on bus parking, and even discussed the history and presence of the city. It was really great experience. We only had problem to find a place to park a bus, but it was our issue, not the issue of the apartments. We were happy the host helped us to find suitable parking.

The apartment was so specious and very nicely decorated. Everything was clean, neat, and comfortable. We would, in a heartbeat, go back and stay there again. The location is the best as it took us only 10 min to walk to the heart of town and 10 min to the 2 big shopping malls. The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. We left Sarajevo with a full heart. We also took lots of photos in the apartment because we liked the wall decor.

Warm welcome by Mr. Nihad and his team with excellent support with very quality service that offered to us. I advised ppl travelling to Sarajevo to stay in this property. We will book it again.

Super spacious! It Has everything you need even laundry machine! The host was nice

Check-in was a bit delayed since the host had to Come and walk you inside. The curtain was not black-out since we were traveling we were dealing with jet lag so we needed it The laundry machine doesnt come With the laundry soap so ... for a single use, i did not want to buy the whole package of soap.

Very comfortable, really big and spacey apartment. Like the furniture and design, parking, elevator, everything. We got an extra adapter for charging. We got NETFLIX. The plugin-in in bedroom is Type-C and USB also.

Smart system was locked though. Maybe would be great to get possibility for Self check-in
