Modern, clean functional room. Everything seemed quite new, kettle, TV etc. Well positioned plug sockets. Good hairdryer and big shower. Large windows, so bright and airy. Good carpets and sofa. A great supply of drinks and bottled water. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The room is above their beautiful cafe, where we ate a big, tasty breakfast ( before the cafe opens)There was no street noise, all very quiet. This is how a bed and breakfast should be! Well done and thank you.

Everything was great. There are some low ceilings but it didn't bother us at all.

Everything was great. Its a beautiful building in a beautiful area. The room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. There was a really good selection of teas, coffees, different milks, snacks etc in the room which is ace and super thoughtful. They even got me a jug of fresh oat milk for the room. All the towels and bedding smelt so fresh and were super soft. The host couple were wonderful, very friendly and I was made a DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!!

being VERY picky.. A littel shelf in the shower for your soap etc would be dead handy.

The friendliness of staff was on bother level, I was visiting for work and decided to try one of the local takeaways. Sadly I had no cash but the lovely lady here went and gave me cash to help me out and even offered a packed lunch for the next day at work. Absolutely charming and picturesque place to stay. I would throughly recommend this place I'd your travelling as a family, or even solo for works purposes. Place was super clean, super smart and an absolute joy to stay in, can't recommend enough!

The breakfast was fantastic, well cooked and made to order. I am coeliac and the host was able to accommodate my allergy without any prior warning (they were able to provide gluten free bread and sausages). The room was very clean and comfortable, very welcoming. The hosts were lovely, we arrived slightly later than planned but they had no issues waiting up for us and settling us in. Overall I would very much recommend this BNB!

The only negative is the lack of dedicated parking on-site. We managed to park close to the property each day however if the village had been busy it could have been a walk to the nearest parking spot. That being said, the owners offered to move their car if we were struggling to park which was very kind.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. They showed us to our room having a chat with us on the way. They made sure we were comfortable and then handed us our key so we could let ourselves back in after sight seeing and visitting our friends. The shower was nice and hot and clean and there were plenty of different teas and coffee to choose from in the room. They asked us if we would like some fresh milk and after bringing it left us alone to enjoy our stay. The following morning we had the best breakfast and orange juice ever.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. The owners welcome helped to make light of the torrential rain. They made us feel very welcome and eventhough the cafe shut at 3pm they were both on hand if we needed anything.

The room it’s self was lovely very comfortable, and the decor was nice and refreshing. The bathroom was lovely and clean and modern. The staff were super friendly could not of faulted them. The breakfast was lovely , the pancakes were nice and fluffy and the room was nice to sit in the morning.

Unfortunately the TV lacked a lot of channels which would of been nice to of had more variety, did try to connect the smart TV options but this didn’t work. The noise during the day was rather loud , later realised it was a dog? However this did stop at night. The only other noise was from the toilet felt like we had to be quiet due to other people staying next door. The stairs to get to the room were small but we was aware of this before the stay so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Our hosts could not have been friendlier. We were offered tea cakes and tea when we arrived and they were always on hand to chat and offer advice. The room was exceptionally clean and well prepared, while the breakfasts were without fault. You could order whatever you wanted and was of a high quality.

Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues and, despite being warned several times, I managed to crack my head on the low ceilings (my fault this!). Parking is limited.

Booked a 2 night stay to use as base for weekend to visit friends and do some exploring in the area. Andrea and Roy were friendly and attentive hosts, Roy even moved his car outside so we could park. The accommodation is a little quirky in an old building with couple of sets of stairs so not suitable for less abled visitors but it was very clean and decorated to a high standard with a modern en suite. Bedding and towels were good quality and the shower was ace, always like a good powerful shower. There was a large varied selection for breakfast and the full English was excellent. It was very hot weather when we stayed and a fan appeared as soon as I requested one which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

1. super clean bedroom and en-suite with good thick towels and large hot shower. 2. good breakfast cooked to order. 3. cosy and nicely renovated/decorated bedroom with old cottage character. 4. friendly proprietor. 5. good large tv in bedroom but with limited choice of channels. 6. close to 3 pubs, 2 takeaways and shops (including spar food shop) in centre of the small town.

1. bedroom not large but just big enough. 2. spiral stairs up to bedrooms are very narrow and steep. 3. parking on street only which can be a bit tricky in the narrow streets of Tregaron. 4. I felt that the welcome tray in the bedroom could be improved by adding a wider range of drinks eg teas, coffee, decaff, hot choc and by including a jar containing some nice handmade scones, biscuits or flapjacks for example. 5. its good overall but is a little pricey for rural mid-Wales. 6. ensuite had nice quality handwash but no shampoo or shower gel/soap.

Thank you so much Roy and Andrea for making us so welcome. You have a really superb establishment and that breakfast was second to none. We very much look forward to seeing you again in the early autumn.
