Rooms have very high ceiling. There's a lot's of air inside. Staff was very polite. The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the food and the service.

It is a bit different from the photos. Room looks bit like a part of a former storage facility, with very small window, so there's not much sunlight. Also, I did announce way ahead that I will need a parking spot, which they confirmed. But on arrival we were told that there is an ongoing festival so all the public parking spots are occupied?! I did spend good 40 minutes circling around and in the end parked mile and a half away. This was totally not necessary. If I was told that they don't have their own parking spot, I would head directly where I know I can always find parking. This is a city center after all. Not easy to park.

Exceptional yet simple design, very spacious room, central location a minute or two away from the main pedestrian zone, excellent breakfast (I recommend "punjene prženice sa ajvarom i fetom" ), complementary discounts for selected restaurants.The room even featured an electric kettle which was not indicated in the room description (I recommend updating the room amenities on the booking platform), but was a welcome addition. I also recommend visiting the property's webpage for a 3d view of all the rooms and the restaurant menu..

Unfortunately, although it was very clean, there was a somewhat unpleasant (but tolerable) odor in the bathroom that should be looked into. Also, the TV in the room was not working, probably due to a pending software update. These, however, have not significantly impacted the high quality of the stay.

The hotel is right in the city center, walking distance from all main shops, Svetozar Miletic Square, Petrovaradin Castle and Promenada mall. Several restaurants near by and the restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient. Very nice breakfast and the people of the hotel were all very nice, helpful and willing to assist us. We arrived at 9 o clock in the morning and although the checkin was at 3 the lady at the reception arrange for us to get our rooms at noon. The room was very comfortable with hot water all the time and the heating was working properly. Definitely if I go back to Novi Sad this will be my choice again.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in the hotel. We arrived after the lobby had closed, but still had a good greeting and easy access. The rooms are very very big and the beds extremely comfortable. We had breakfast at the cafe next to the hotel which was a great option and the food very good. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed and helped even after we had checked out. Highly recommend to stay there

We stayed on the side where the windows are very high up so you don´t really have any view. It was not bad but next time would prefer some view

Perfectly renovated room was satisfactory as 4 star hotel, with a comfortable king-size bed and a clean shower room. High ceilings of the floor were impressive. Very few noises came up from the mainstreet in front of the hotel. Hotel-persons who worked at check-in desk were super kind and spoke perfect English. The location was perfect for walking aound oldtown of NoviSad. Almost all the locations of this city tourist should vist locate in 10-20 minutes walk with safety atmosphere even in eveining. Restraunts around the hotel were rich in varieties and the qualities of them were beyond my expectations. Supermarket that offers fine foods and beverages locates in 3 minutes walk. Overall, I was wise to choose this happy hotel.

Unfortunately, building of the hotel was not designed by universal-access, so the guests have to hold their heavy luggages to step-up a few stairs by themselves. From the railwaystation, guests need to ride taxi with the charge about 500 dinar (Hard to find out options of public trasportations). However, they are trivial cons comparing big pros of this hotel.

The rooms are very large and very well appointed. The shower strength was very good. No view but that wasn’t a big deal to me. I could walk everywhere (and did) - never took a taxi except to get to the train station. The breakfasts (included) were fine. Pillows and mattress firm and comfortable.

Very minor stuff. No washcloths, slippers. No laundry service (although I knew that and not a big deal to me), no shelf in shower to put my own shampoo and soap. Did not like the hand soap or body soap.

The location was great, right in the city centre. The restaurant attached to the hotel is good.

The guy that checked me in stood by and watched as I struggled with a bicycle and heavy panniers up and down stairs with offer to assist or hold open doors. He was very friendly but for some reason didn't see the need to assist despite me visibly struggling after a 100+ mile ride in the sun. He needs a bit if training in basic hospitality.

Very nice rooms, modern, clean. Super comfortable beds. Best central location. Helpful staff. Very effective and reliable Air Condition (A/C). Nice hotel bar on the side.

Hotel has NO private parking, but you find a spot eventually on the street. Breakfast is not selfservice and there could be more vegetarian options for breakfast. Some rooms have windows mounted super high and you won't be able to look through it.

Although the hotel's central location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions and amenities, we were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast experience. It was served in what appeared to be a resto-pub setting, and unfortunately, the breakfast items were not clearly laid out or displayed, making it a bit confusing to navigate. Additionally, the selection of breakfast options was rather limited, which left us wanting more variety. Excellent service though.

Overall, our experience was positive, with only a few minor considerations to mention. Firstly, the access to the first-floor reception was not very suitcase-friendly as there was no ramp available. It would have been more convenient if there was an accessible option for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the building had more of a residential feel rather than a hotel ambiance, which resulted in a somewhat impersonal atmosphere. While this didn't significantly impact our stay, it's worth noting for those seeking a more hotel-like experience. Apart from these minor aspects, we didn't encounter any significant negatives during our time at the property.

– The property itself was good so It really came down to little things: staff wasn't super nice – we asked for help in booking a restaurant and were told that it was something we could manage ourselves. There was a huge exit sign above the door which is ridiculously bright at night and there is nothing you can do about it. Bathroom had 0 toiletries or shelves to put your own stuff. No bathrobes, no slippers. While the food at the restaurant was decent smoking was an issue. You need to climb 2 flight of stairs to get to the reception, etc
