very peaceful village, people are like family

no breakfast found in the village. please keep in mind that Phi Phi is split into smaller villages and the city, to get to the city is expensive 900 day, 1600 night round trip.

Hotel Mgr Yahya was awesome. The Tik Tok tour Lady (Tik or Momma as I called her) was beyond awesome. She booked us on 4 great snorkeling tours with Captain Nuk (all-purpose Fisherman) who took us to the best Snorkeling spots … With Hin Klanh & Mosquito Isle closed, we hit four early AM tours and beat the crowds … the usual Maya Beach Monkey Beach some Snorkeling at other bays was a great starter but day 2 was Bamboo Island and Snorkeling the awesome 1/2 + km that rings a north side of the island that is roped off to prevent coral damage ($400 per person fee) … Google Satellite view shows this amazing reef We saw everything except turtles surprisingly. Day 3 was an awesome day to South 2 Phi Phi Islands Ko Pida Nok / Nui … Sharks galore and coral heads at one small southern inlet on Ko Pida Nok … We were startled by a banded krait (Poisonous) but it didn’t attack us … surfaced to breathe 1 m away. Windy day (best here is calm days Little wind) kept us to the east sides of the isles after that amazing inlet … Day 4 was Bamboo again and we snorkeled 4 km at least covering an amazing once in a lifetime sight (hundreds of large fish schools were seen that early AM starting in Water at 7:15) Diving nearly 40 years I’ve seen very few sights that can compare to Bamboo that morning FEB 10 just after the full moon. The eastern side of the reef was spotty corals and isolated areas of fewer fish but some sharks and a rare turtle sighted along with a 50kg grouper. Best done with a boat operator that will look out for you and use a life jacket for the rookie (my spouse) and average swimmer … Great capper for an awesome week in Ko Phi Phi … Ko Tao & Similans & Surin next! Local food for Loh Bah Kao Bay avoiding the expensive SAii Village was Patlung Restaurant where everything from appetizers to soup/salads and main dishes were excellent. Average $1000 to $1200 baht for two …

The bed was extra firm and we took a pad from the Hotel … The marijuana everywhere now legal could be smelled … It can be avoided but you will have little courtesy from the smokers … Just avoid them if you can 😂

Loved the bungalow, how spacious it was.

Location, to get to the main bit we had to travel by boat...once the tide was out we couldn't get to it, then once the water was back up we were charged a fortune.

The bungalows are new so they are gorgeous. They are in a great location you can walk to a little bay which is stunning I would definitely book again. The little village is quaint with gorgeous little restaurant/bars which do fill up quickly.

When we arrived at the pier our driver from the accommodation was not there to collect us so we had to make our own way and pay for this. We didn't get the money refunded and trying to explain about a refund was a waste of time as they didn't understand me or they chose not to understand me

We had a really good time on Koh Phi Phi. The beach and the small village around the resort are far less crowded than the area around Tonsai pier. You can still book boat, snorkeling and diving tours in this part of the island, although you don't have that many options than at Tonsai pier for sure. You can visit Tonsai pier by foot via a shortcut trail (60min, only usable during low tide!) and via a trail to the beautiful Viewpoints (90min). They both go through the jungle and can be a little bit challenging if you don't hike that much. If you plan to go there on a daily basis you might want to use a boat transfer from Loh Lana Bay. But they can be quite expensive 700-1000 Baht (one way!) and we would recommend sharing the price with other visitors. The resort offers a free transfer to Tonsai pier at your check-in and check-out day and that worked really well for us. All in all we recommend the resort if you like to stay in roomy bungalows more than having a luxurious hotel room.

There is a mosque right beside the hotel so be prepared to here some prayer chanting in the morning an through the whole day.

The bungalow/room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed, well maintained. Nice and welcoming staff, good value for money ✌️

The location is not very attractive, not very close to the beach (15 min walking) and the beach is nice but not really impressive like the rest of Phi Phi islands. No nightlife close by, it is good for family vacations, but not really for solo travelers or group of friends.

We had a large bungalow with plenty of space. The main room was clean. The village itself is far from Tonsai and you have to get a 15 min boat but the hotel offer a free shuttle service when checking in/out which is very helpful. The staff were very friendly.

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and there was a large stain of something I’m not sure of in the toilet. The location wasn’t ideal for us because it’s so far and difficult to get to from Tonsai. The boats are very expensive to the village after 6pm, however the village is perfect if you’re wanting a more relaxed holiday.

Room was very spacious and clean. Location is good, especially if you are wanting to be away from the main part of the island. Close to the wild trek to the viewpoint - which is well signed. Hotel give pick up and drop off too and from the mainl part of the island as there are no routes for vehicles.

Air conditioning wasn't that great. Room heated up like a sauna throughout the day whilst we were out.

Location was great away from the busy part of the island. Free transfer by long tail and tuk-tuk to accommodation. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby Shower was warm and bed comfortable. Short walk to the beach and great hike up to the viewpoint

Call to prayer at 5a.m! Cockerels also sounding the morning alarm! Big cockroach we chased around the room before bedtime…..

Solid value choice for an off-the-beach location towards the north end of Phi Phi Island. Surrounded by heaps of restaurants, bars, and shops geared towards travelers, the resort is within an easy walk to two beaches and a bit more of a walk to two more (one along a paved path and the other a short hike across a jungle hill - but super worth it!). The boat transfer service was a real bonus. It's a low-key place, so don't expect snappy service. I enjoyed my stay here.

Be warned that there is no ATM in the village, so bring whatever cash you will need for your stay. The closest beach is dominated by a high-end resort, but they were pretty chill about letting us wander through.
