Peaceful place among the nature, wonderful view.

New comers to Phi Phi, make sure how do they work! Cant access by car and its not easy and pricy to arrange the taxi boat (hotel only provides 2 rides), it is almost impossible to joy the beach as it is full of corals and urchins, cant bring food into room, not to attract rats.

The place is very quiet and beautifu, very good facilities. The hotel staff are nice. They offer daily tours that are good as well. It's a nice place to relax.

The transportation is tricky. The hotel only has 2 shuttles per day and the timings are not aligned with the ferry. If you get to the island any other time, it can be very expensive to find a boat that brings you to the hotel. You can get one easily, but it's expensive. The food at the hotel is also expensive comparing to other places in Thailand, but it's the only option and they know it.

The location was gorgeous, very clean and quiet. Staff were amazing and very attentive to our daughter (aged 2) always playing with, talking to and giving her fresh flowers and small gifts of fruit etc. The pick up from Tonsai was smooth and booking trips and transfers very easy. The beach was very clean and private. Accommodation was great with stunning views, we had a cliff top villa. It is hilly especially up to the villas but not a negative as they will take you up in a small vehicle on request. Food is great but a but more pricey than other places, this is to be expected for a secluded location. Quality was great though.

The beach is lacking sunbeds and shade but there are towels, beach mats and snorkeling equipment all for free.

a beautiful group of staff and PRISTINE LOCATION with a beautiful beach and divine coral reefs. cool little bamboo huts with very nice views and nice because they are kind of set back in the rainforest!!

firstly, i think most people would stay here to escape the noise and hustle of phi phi central. this is why we came buttt the boats going past were sooo loud. a little annoying, and this was in low season. also the food was expensive and not that good, some items were really nice but most was meh. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWESOME, AND I HIGHLY RECOMEND, but maybe better for a quiet-ish escape in low season!!

The Cove Phi Phi is located away from the main tourist area of Ton Sai Pier. It is a beautiful getaway from the hustle and crowded nature of Thailand. The staff made you feel like family and were very eager to help out where they could. The beautiful private beach, crystal clear water and most of the equipment you needed for snorkelling, kayaking and swimming. It was great!

The hotel is a little bit rough around the edges with parts of the villas still needing a bit of finishing touches. This is understandable as the hotel has been hit hard by Covid. Due to the dense jungle and the humid climate there are a lot of native creatures from mosquitoes, frogs and geckos hanging about.

We got a lot of mixed reviews, but we made the right decision of choosing Cove! -It’s an humble bamboo shack, it’s beautiful, clean and comfortable, please don’t expect a 5 star villa. - It has one of the most beautiful beachfront I have ever seen in Thailand.. reefs, small fishes and the view (everything was perfect) - the restaurant has this breathtaking view, food was Okayish but nothing to complain about. -The property is secluded and zen, just beautiful. Cnt wait to go back again

Located at an amazing beach, great for snorkeling or kayaking. Calm clear waters and white sand beach. Perfect for 2 max. Nights. Jungle trek to the pier is worth the trip passing the view points.

Location is only accessible by boat. They do have a boat taxi but only once per day and very early (return at 15.00 pm) The restaurant is ok, but closes at 10.30 and definitely gets boring after 2 nights. The breakfast is bad.

A small area for swimming, since there are a lot of hedgehogs around, in the evenings, due to the tide and the high possibility of stumbling upon a hedgehog, you can’t swim, and in the morning until lunch there is a strong low tide, according to my observations, almost no one from the vacationers swam. Great distance from the main places on the island, the route through the mountains is difficult, and it will be expensive to ride a boat all the time

Amazing, friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming! The location is quite remote but very beautiful, we stated at the beachfront villa which was very picturesque. The laundry service is a great added bonus. We washed and dried both mine and my partners clothes (around 7kg) and it only cost 240 baht which included the powder and fabric softener. I did the washing myself using the provided washing machines but this was a real lifesaver as most other hotels were charging per item which would have ended up costing us around 1000 baht. We tried going snorkeling and there are fish around but it was quite choppy when we were there meaning there wasn't many fish. I would definitely stay again but would look to upgrade to the hillside villas as the rooms are enclosed.

The only thing I disliked, which is a very menial thing, was that as the beach huts were made of bamboo. It wasn't fully enclosed meaning cockroaches and mosquitos could get in. You are provided with a mosquito net and when we found a cockroach, the staff allowed me to use their cockroach spray which resolved the issue. There is the other issue of transport to the main part of the island, after 6pm you need to arrange your own transport to the main part of the island, if you have a late night, the sea conditions can mean you cabt get back to the hotel. Bearing in mind you are on a remote island, this wasnt too much of an issue to us as we just stayed at the hotel. Other than this I would happily recommend this hotel.

The view from the room is stunning, the staff are very kind and helpful, the room is spacious.

The breakfast is very limited, taking into account that there are no more options around the hotel, they should improve the menu. The bed was a little bit hard. The location is good if you’re not planning to move around the islands, you only have the option to take the shuttle in limited hours and have to pay, so I wouldn’t recommend the accommodation for going for the tours, however, for relaxing is the best option.
