Stunning location with very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone from the lady who checked us in to the gardener was really nice. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and excellent quality. Paddle boarding and canoeing were free. Great snorkelling right off the beach. Systems for getting us to the resort and onwards to our next destination were efficient and stress free.

Decking around our private pool was in need of attention. The sunset pool had a problem with the mosaic tiles coming unstuck. The TV in our room had no signal. Be aware that there are no roads on the island so you can only travel around by boat. This is not a cheap resort but sometimes you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth paying for.

Great resort for families! We spent 3 nights at the resort on superior Premier rooms. We booked transfer from Phuket from the resort and it was really good! Driver picked us at 0900 and by 1230 we were at the resort since the resort's speed boat drops you at front of the hotel. Quick check in and we had almost an entire day instead of waisting time on transfer - it cost a bit more but worth it. The rooms were bungalows that were second line to the sea and conviniently had a connecting door between them so it was very comfortable for us. Each room had a free minibar packed with beer, sodas and snacks which was refilled daily - a very nice surprise 😁 This resort is huge!! It has 3 nice pools, 2 near the beach and one up the hill on sunset side. We really liked the beach - it was beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Location is secluded and there aren't many choices for resteraunts - just 4 or 5 resteraunts on the beach near the resort. We ate at Jusmine every night and it was great although a bit pricy. If you want to have more food options in addition to really good and chip massage just take the motor taxy that waits on the end of the resort's beach (10 minutes drive) to saii village. Attraction wise we booked a private long tail for 4 hours that took us to snorkeling sites and monkey bay directly from the hotel. In addition we walked to view point 3 which is remarkable, it takes around 1.5 hours including climbing in the jungle - don't forget to put musqito spray! For our checkout we booked spid boat to Krabi that picked us directly from the hotel early morning (0900) and we were at our next hotel by 1100 - again a bit pricy but we managed to have a half day trip to reily beach on the same day.

1.Rooms are a bit dated and since they are located near the beach send gets everywhere. 2.There are allot of musqitoes in ko Phi Phi so keep spraying yourself frequently or you get bitten.

We mostly loved the beautiful beach at this resort, it was so clean and uncrowded, you could find a spot all to yourself. We had dinner at the restaurant every night and it was exceptional, even for my husband who is a fussy eater found there were plenty of options that were great for him. We stayed in an ocean sunset pool villa, which was well appointed and had amazing views.

The pool in our villa was quite shallow, and the water level seemed a little low to what it could have been, but otherwise it was amazing.

A very good and comfortable transfer organized by the hotel ! Own large and clean beach ! Delicious dishes and fast cerving in the main restaurant, drinks in the bar, peace and relaxation.

Our room, especially the terrace, needs renovation. There was no coffee table on terrace and no mattress in place for lying down, a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. Not enough beach towels, sun beds on the beach and near the pools.There is no organized transfer of food and drinks to the "Monkey bar" (wait for a plate of fruit for about 30 minutes).

Unfortunately, I found the scuba diving centre instructor rude and UNSAFE

It’s good choice if you look for isolated place to stay in the beach. In other occasions you may want to look for another place.

The property needs renovation. In fact it looks like in some of the beach houses they already started it. But we lived in old one and it didn’t meet our expectations especially considering the price we paid. Also the hotel is isolated, not many eating places or activities around. Also it’s quite expensive to travel in to the hotel from the pier. The hotel do not organize any free transfers.

We were in a sunset Ocean villa which was great, with its own plunge pool. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a buggy if we were too lazy to walk up to the room. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. Good cocktails at sunset bar. Had a couple of issues in the room (missing lounger cushions and a broken decking board) but they were both dealt with immediately with a follow-up call to check everything was ok, sou service good.

Some areas of the property need maintenance and may cause trip hazards.

Beautiful setting, multiple pools, breakfast had a huge variety, staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to access island hops.

The hotel didn't warn us that it was not accessible via car so unexpectedly we had to take a long tail boat to the hotel which is at your expense. Be warned the speed boat taxi back to krabi that is facilitated by the hotel is very expensive at 1700 baht per person, we had not factored in this additional expense.

Very good wifi connection throughout the entire resort, including on the beach, good breakfast selelection, nice beach, clean room, air conditioning working. Very good spa services.

The services were limited in the resort - only one shop, limited number of activities in the resort, limited water activities. Broken paddle boards, unclear rental policy for snorkeling equipment. The pools need maintainance, the room we stayed needs a bit of touch up and new terrace doors since they were not functioning properly. Overall thr resort lacks attention to detail a lot of things are not kept in very good condition. The Sunset restaurant dinner is overrated.

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for a week, and I found it to be a delightful experience due to its prime location and stunning beach. The assigned room, 112, also boasted a favorable location. While the room's renovation may not have been of the highest standard, it still provided a satisfactory level of comfort and aesthetic appeal.

1- Without a doubt, the hotel requires a renovation to enhance its overall condition. 2- The tap water had an unpleasant salty taste and would occasionally appear yellow, indicating a concerning quality issue. 3- The food served was of notably poor quality and came with an unexpected higher price tag compared to the usual standards. 4- While the staff were friendly and approachable, there is a need for them to enhance their professionalism in order to provide a more polished service experience. 5-The transportation prices exceeded my initial expectations and did not offer any exceptional value or unique features.
