Very friendly staff you can have a good conversation and laugh with, room is always kept clean and supplied with everything you need. Very nice shower too best location in istanbul you can wish for, eventho i didnt use it because i traveled alone they also have an airport taxi service.

When I was there i sometimes woke up from the call of prayer from the mosque next door, however that is something you should expect and be fine with if you come to a city like istanbul and respect the culture there, so really this is no complaint from me, but just a warning to someone who wouldnt be fine with it.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the Bazar and shops, and not far from the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at this hotel. My room was spotless and fresh, with every detail carefully attended to. Overall, I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Nice room with a lovely view, air conditioner was good at heating up the room quickly when it got a bit chilly (we stayed at the beginning of February), location was great, and a nice receptionist helped us with our bags upon check-in. I think the value for money is still really good even without breakfast.

The drain in the shower was clogged so water wasn’t draining well, the electrical plug in the bathroom was completely out of the wall with wires visible and the bed was too soft but that’s a personal preference I guess.

I went to Istanbul with my 76-year-old mother. I had to think about the steep slopes, so I couldn’t just book any hotel. XLoft was perfect for us, both for older and younger people. Everything was close by—we just crossed the street and were at the Grand Bazaar, restaurants, and shops. We also visited the big mosques, and it was amazing. My mother is so happy she could fulfill her dream trip. Everyone at XLoft was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect.

Super friendly staff. Can’t find a hotel with better staff.. Omar who used to be there in the morning - was extremely courteous and helpful - welcomes me like a friend - gave me converter and answered everything - and the person at night at the reception was also super helpful (I do not remember his name but thank you brother)- even giving his jacket to me so I could walk outside for dinner .. Great location - right behind grand bazaar and by tram line … small simple and nice place - very much in budget

The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel being new , all the linen was new and the housekeeping team kept the place clean. The location of the hotel was super - next to the grand bazar, surrounded by shops and a walking distance to the train station. The view from my window was also breathtaking taking

It didn't have a restaurant - yer so it meant that for my meals I had to go outside the hotel

We really enjoyed our time in Istanbul, the room was very clean and tidy they change towels every day, the staff was kind and friendly Omer was very gentle, they even helped us to change to other room with better views even it wasn’t our book

Maybe would be nice to have a couple of chairs in the room but the rest very good

Very nice hotel close to all turistic attractions in Sultanhamet. Great bathroom. Great staff. The room had a nice view on the sea. The room has a small fridge which was very useful.

No breakfast

Close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia etc . Great base to walk around the old city. Great food nearby . Loved the Bosphorus tour and all the shipping activity . Loved the old arts museum near the HS . So many little gems .

Smell of cigarette smoke in our room from the void . No window but my bad as should have upgraded to window room .

Very bad Housekeeping service , we stayed 7 nights the housekeeper never clean the room ( floor became full of dust, hair ….. bathroom neither , ) she just change the towels make the bed ( without changing the bed sheets for 7 nights!!!)
