We were booked to stay in the Ruby Stella hotel which was more central London but it was unavoidably cancelled and we were offered another room at their sister hotel the Ruby Zoe in Nottinghill with same terms but kindly upgraded to a bigger room. We were given the option of upgrading even further to their biggest room which was superb. I would recommend getting the wow room every time even at the extra cost for the size and views. The check in was efficient and friendly, the rooms clean and spacious and the location to the nearest tube very good with access to 3 different lines. We like the idea of going green and thought it was a nice touch to offer a free drink voucher if we were happy not to have the room cleaned each day. (This is optional) The hotel was well equipped and funky and was a great place to relax at the end of a long day with a nice cocktail.

I don't really think we had any problems

Nice hotel. During the check-in, they asked you if you want your room to be clean daily. If you say no, they offer you a free drink at the bar. Breakfast is the dream for healthy people, but I honestly missed a traditional English Breakfast.

They don't have a kettle in the room. There is like a common area with tea and coffee on each floor. However, the hot water is not hot enough for a proper cup of tea. Also, in that area, they have a vending machine with water (4£), dental kits (3£) and shaving kits, things that you would expect to be complementary for the price of the room.

The hotel was amazing! The design of the hotel, lounge and rooms are genius! Very hip, fun and functional down to the smallest details of the key, check in, great bedding and linens, super showers, etc. My most favorite thing was the guitar for rent with your own Marshall amp in your room!!! The lobby esthetics were FABULOUS, especially the sweet house cat! The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved every inch of this hotel and will make it my home base for all my visits to London.

The breakfast was too English/EU for my American taste. Good food but not as many healthy choices as I would prefer. Great lattes though!

The room was exactly as pictured and extremely clean with a very comfy bed and nice touches such as your choice of two luxurious shower gels and other toiletries. The hotel bar was great and cocktails and staff were brilliant.

The only remotely negative points I would make is the lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room. These were available on each floor but there were no tea bags at our station on the morning. We went to a station on another floor, but ideally these would be in your room. Secondly there were no quite a lot of loud pipe noises in the room in the morning which woke us up a few times.

Location is close to buses and busy restaurants in Clerkwell. Nice atmosphere in the ground floor and room equipment. Friendly staff dealing with security alarms and lift closure as they can!

Breakfast is rather expensive and served in a cramped buffet. Lifts are dysfunctional and hardly suited for a large hotel with 7 storeys. Windowless rooms can be very small.

Very modern, clean and they have really thought about how to make use of space! You can opt out of getting your room cleaned for a voucher which I thought was a good option, the staff were all chatty and friendly and the drinks were amazing. Location is close to Farringdon and Chancery Lane station so good for travel.

I didn’t mind but I would warn that in some rooms the shower doesn’t offer loads of privacy so I would look into it if that is something that would bother you

Quiet side street location, away from traffic. East access to Lo al tubes and walkable to Oxford Street/TCR. Hotel facilities were really good, lively bar and chill out spaces. Check In was easy and the ream were very friendly and welcoming. Room we had was small, however it had everything you needed for a short break and each floor has a "galley area" for drink and snacks as well as free tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

the breakfast was excellent with many options, as described on their website. Staff is very polite and friendly. max 30' minutes walk to main sightseeing's as British museum

when we arrived we were asked to wait one hour to check in because there was a technical issue. The room is extremely small for this cost.

The hotel is gorgeous, brand new and really clean. I loved the setting and the atmosphere and the staff was extremely polite. It is located conveniently near Farringdon which allows to travel around London easily

Nothing but I believe that the bathroom in the comforting room may not be suitable for everyone. While the glass door is ok for a single traveller, it's not ideal for a couple.

The location is perfect, with all essential amenities just a 15-20 minute bus ride away. The bus stop is ondly a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good as well, and everything was clean.

The room was very small, you have to squeeze your way to the other side of the bed, and if you have a lot of luggage it turns into a bit mess. The room doesn’t have a fridge.
