The staff were exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. The apartments are modern, with up to the minute facilities.

Some windows didn't have block out blinds on them and the "all night" lights from surrounding office buildings shone through lighting up the bedroom.

This property was absolutely fantastic! Located right in the heart of London, we were within walking distance of major attractions and had easy access to the tube station for exploring further. Finding groceries was a breeze with several stores nearby. Marina, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London. It's a perfect base for exploring this amazing city!" Also it was : * Clean and spacious:- The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. I hope this helps!

Nothing. It was all good.

If you're looking for an apart-hotel in London, this is a great option! The units are clean and spacious, and have everything you need for an extended stay, including a small kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine!) and plenty of work space. Basic things like coffee pods, washing powder, and cream/sugar are also stocked. There's always someone at the front desk, too, and the building is walking distance to the Chancery Lane Tube stop.

Even though there are signs around the building, the weekly fire alarm test (which actually went off 2 days in a row) still took me by surprise! Otherwise there's not much to dislike.

stary here for a few times (more than 6 times, over 30 days). Amazing location, 2min away beside the Chancery Lane underground and 5min from Farringdon. Safe and Quiet. Always sleep good. All the staff are friendly and quickly respond to your need. Chronicle is always my first choice in London.

As a teacher in art, I know the posters in the elevator as well as the portraitures of several politicians on 6th floor, probably on each floor, are artistic. They are kind of horrific to me, especially when I came back late at night. Just my own opinion, maybe somebody else love them.

Clean, well located, excellent staff. The bar on the corner was VERY noisy on Thursday night. Few bugs with the windows open. Clean room. Excellent "art" in the hallways!

The room was VERY HOT the first 2 nights on the first floor. After that it was cooler. NO AC on first floor! I would not want to stay there in the summer. It was an expensive hotel in September and was under "demand" pricing so quite costly per night with maximum occupancy.. The lights were a challenge as all were electronic with odd connections--turning off ONE fan would turn off both fans on the wall electronic "switch". Then you would have to go to another panel to turn on the other fan. Eventually, you could work it out, but a cheat-sheet with detailed instructions would be useful.

The room was very well equipped and modern in every way, The size was very good, enough for our bags to fit comfortably. The studio came with a compact kitchen including dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, oven and stovetop burners. For a five day stay, this was perfect and gave flexibility with occasional dining in. Quiet area, but close to grocery shopping and easily walkable to London Town.

Distance was a bit further away from the West End and some major attractions than the ideal location. There really was nothing to dislike about the property. No food available on the premises.

Spacious, clean and modern property at great location. Tube station just around the corner and walkable to a lot of tourist spots. We were there during NYE and was great that we could just walk to/from the fireworks without trying to catch tube / Uber with the rest of London. Lots of convenient stores nearby. Quiet and safe area amongst office buildings. We arrived early at 10am only with the expectation of dropping our luggage off and can’t believe they let us check in straight away (most places will charge you for such early check in!)

The location is very convenient given Saintsbury is just around the corner and M&S Food is less than a block away. It's quiet on the weekend, and 2 mins walk to the Tube station. The bed is very comfortable, and there's even a wash machine in the other bedroom. Kitchen has everything (except for paper towels. The 2-bedroom apartment is specious for a family of 4. The gym is good as well as long as there aren't others around. it's well equipped. For a family of 4, this is a great value for central London.

I would suggest to have a tea station/coffee station in the lobby to make it a bit more welcoming. The elevator announcement of the floor is annoying partly it's just too loud. Turn it down and replace the announcement would be recommended. I would also suggest a larger trash bin in the apartment given there's no regular cleaning. But we did put the trash outside the room and it gets picked up which is a compromise.

The location was close to tube station (3 min. walk), close to main attraction in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a tasty Christmas present - of chocolate penguins. The room was clean, and spacious, it had all relevant amenities. The hotel facility and room felt modern and well maintained.

The bathroom door was a sliding door not closed, so not providing enough privacy. Lack of breakfast option for the price.
