The bedrooms were two very reasonable sizes with comfy beds and lots of wardrobe space! About a 5 minute walk into the city centre which was perfect and not too far either from the tram station which was ideal for coming from and to the airport! The kitchen was provided with a dishwasher, microwave/oven and many utensils and tea and coffee facilities. The tv also included Netflix on there which was very nice to have rather than just channels! Bathroom area was a good size and the shower there was amazing!

The only thing was the noise from the stairs. Our bedroom was right by the stairs and every time someone went up or down it or just outside our door it was really noisey. We kept thinking someone was actually in the room with how loud it was.

Lovely private studio with easy access around by bus tram and foot. The unit is quick to warm via thermostat. Spacious bathroom, washing machine for clothes and a heated towel rack.

We were confused about entry at first, since the email sent to us listed “Flat 2/3”, but we eventually found our code worked with Unit 3 and not 2. There were windows opposite on both ends of the flat, so not perfectly private, and you could hear every word spoken down the street until late hours. The worst issue was probably the horribly loud construction from a building across the lane. It made us wonder if construction noise was legally permitted at such an early hour.

Great location, clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen (except microwave oven, not really needed), large bathroom. Area is rather quiet at night, considering the central location. Pubs, restaurants, shopping in the area, many attractions around the corner. Check-in info was very detailed, download the app and you find everything you need to know. We were very comfortable, will definitely choose again for our next visit.

Shoe mats and some coat hooks behind the entry door would be great for wet clothing. Also a power outlet in the bathroom would be helpful.

Bathroom spotless and felt luxurious for walk in shower. Bedroom spacious and bed and pillows very comfortable. Pillows so comfortable that I bought some when I left! :) Reception team very kind to let me leave my bags iin secure luggage storage for an early check in. Keyless check in very handy too.

no key lock in ground floor window, did not feel as safe for a solo female traveller. Also the nest heating would not go above 19.5 C even though it was it felt very cold during the night and defo not 19.5, and extra blanket needed, heating did not come on when tried to adjust it.

The location was outstanding, under 5 mins to Princess Street and the west end. Extremely spacious for 2 people. Quality appliances.

The area outside the flat was a little messy & neglected. It is also directly opposite an office block where workers look straight into the apartment. No privacy unless blinds are drawn day & night. An easy fix with some sheer fabric panels. It would make a huge difference. Whilst the area and building/neighbours are quiet, there was a lot of noise inside the flat itself. It appeared to be coming from a fan type thing inside a cupboard, going constantly. The bedroom would benefit from a chair/luggage rack, and coat hooks are needed by the generous but empty entrance.

Very clean and spacious, centrally located but on a quiet street. The apartment had more amenities than expected which provided for a lovely, comfortable stay.

First floor apartments have film on all windows which is understandable given that the street is right outside, but it gives a bit of a walled in feeling. The parking discount provided by the hotel can apparently be only used in an app with a UK phone number which is useless if you are a foreign tourist.

A very modern apartment, which was lovely and felt just like home away from home. The apartment was incredibly clean. Lots of space for 2 people. A very comfy bed, which is always the top priority. Well equipped apartment with a safe, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of wardrobe space. The shower was also fantastic as well as the toiletries given to use whilst we were there, which was a nice touch. The apartment also stayed cool and what was a very warm day, which was nice. The apartment is in a very good location to the castle. We also couldn't hear anyone in any of the other apartments.

There was construction going on right outside the bedroom of the apartment that woke us up at 7:30am using very loud, heavy machinery which you could hear as if you were outside due to the single glazed windows. Obviously this is no fault of the property themselves, but it did spoil our morning and what would've otherwise been a perfect stay. Also, we found it a bit difficult to get into the apartment, as we'd been told flat 2/3, which was a bit confusing, and then didn't realise once entering the code, you had to pull the door towards you to then push it open for it to unlock. But we rang customer service to ask and were answered straight away and the staff member was very friendly.

I love the location, as I often attend a conference at the EICC, which is five minutes away and only five minutes from a tram stop of the X100 bus stop to the airport. Loved that I could dump my bags and head to the conference in a locked room round the corner. I also loved the keyless access using part of my phone number as the code. Fantastic idea and better than having to write down a code for a couple of days. The space was far beyond what I anticipated and the level of decor was very high. The tale was also excellent for working at, so well done getting that (very important) bit right.

To be honest, nothing really. I just needed somewhere to sleep, work and have a cuppa. This was so much more comfortable than even a posh hotel and I loved staying there.

Great location, very quiet, the heating was good and the lounge/dining/kitchen space was perfect to relax in after I had been out exploring. I could walk to everything, which is what I wanted.staff was very helpful and the intercom at the door solved my problem gaining access initially.

There was no pepper and salt, which I regard as basics where there is a kitchen. I also needed more teabags for a three night stay. I couldn’t watch anything on the TV in the bedroom and there were no instructions (the one in the lounge was fine).
