Exactly what we where looking for location and family to be together

Bathroom fan when ON was full of fluff and dirt. Only see it when running but very clean otherwise Mattresses in both rooms needed replacing as very old and sunken. !! Homeless people sleeping in door way off putting and hard to access accommodation maybe a gate to stop them getting on to entrance very off putting when putting in your code and incase they see it as this access your apartment also. Apartment main door very loose from lock could do with an extra lock inside to feel more comfortable and secure. Hotel rooms even have a locking mechanism on each door.

Size of kitchen, lounge and bathroom were considerably bigger than what we’ve experienced elsewhere in Europe. Washer and dryer very handy and shower was very large with good water pressure. Having a door code to enter also made it much easier than having to carry a door card, fob or key around too. The property is next door to a Tesco (very handy) along with the Johnnie Walker flagship store and its Michelin star restaurant.

I know I was aware of the stairs, but carrying three 23kg+ suitcases up and down wasn’t much fun. As mentioned, it is very clear there is no lift, but you hat would be better he only improvement I could think of at this accommodation.

Brilliant location on Princes Street. Literally just step out and everything is to hand. Cleverly laid out with all you need for a short stay. And fabulously comfy bed.

As with many town centre locations it can be a little noisy and while we were there the doorway was being used as a shelter for some less fortunate souls. Probably nothing can be done about it or I feel the owners would have addressed it, but it did concern us. We’re not sure if this would prevent us from booking again as we loved the apartment.

The prime location .. the view was wonderful! Clean large property with lovely high ceilings and modern decor throughout.. great sash windows allowing lots of light in! All amenities right on your doorstep!

The entrance stairs inside the building leading up to all the apartments smelt very musty.. we feel this needs resolving as could be very off putting, and just isn’t a nice welcome!! A lift would definitely make your stay easier as carrying cases up 3 flights of stairs can be a struggle.. or back and knee problems

Absolutely loved this apartment. Really homely, comfortable, modern and clean. It's in a great location with a fabulous view to Edinburgh Castle. It's on a main road, but the bedrooms are at the back so it was really quiet for sleeping. Easy entry via a door code and the management company are really responsive if you have any queries or issues. You can't stop outside to unload luggage as it's on the main road and tram line, but you can pull up around the corner and it's a very short walk to the apartment.

There are quite heavy self closing doors into each room. Not sure why. Maybe for heating, although there was a heater in the hallway. Would have been good if they could have been wedged open.

The apartment is located on one of Edinburgh's major shopping streets. There is of course great infrastructure in the area: bus stations, pubs, shops, parks, within walking distance of the Royal Mile, etc. We traveled with eight people and had more than enough space in the apartments. The apartment is modern, new and furnished to a high quality.

However, homeless people slept outside the front door every night. Of course they didn't do anything bad, but our children were scared for a moment. Due to its location directly on Princes Street, traffic, street noise and shouting can be expected into the night (especially on weekends). For us in this case it wasn't a big problem, but for those who don't sleep deeply it could be difficult...

Easy to find along Princes Street. Good communication with organization and instructions to get into the unit. Unit was updated and squeaky clean. We had our own control over the heating in the unit. Rooms were comfortable and bed and linens were new. Space was large enough for our group of 4. View of the back of Edinburgh Castle was stunning. Close to Dean Village.

The entrance way and stairs were somewhat cluttered with cots, cribs, and misc items. The doors in the apartment were very heavy and spring loaded. We could’ve used door stops to keep them open during the time we were at the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and spacious and was very conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The location was a 15-20 min walk to the Royal Mile or so, and access to all of the amenities and shops and restaurants on Princes Street. It was also sound-proofed quite well. We would stay again for sure.

We had a bit of difficulty connecting to the Wifi initially. I had contacted the managers to rectify this. However, it did eventually kick in before anyone came to assist. The doors slam shut quite loudly. This was a bit unpleasant anytime people went from one room to the next, and was a bit disruptive when making a work phone call. It took a bit of time to get used to the slamming door and to make a point of gently closing it behind us. I did worry a bit about the sound travelling and disrupting others in different apartments, but we didn't hear anyone else so I'm assuming they didn't hear us! A very minor note - the knives were quite dull. Some sharper ones would be great for cutting bread and fruit! Overall, though, we thought the apartment was great.
