We stayed in Unit 7 - top floor. The unit was quite large. 2 big bedrooms, a big living room, and open dining room table for at least 5 people, well equipped kitchen, complete with a variety of teas and biscuits. That was a nice touch. The view of Edinburgh Castle from the living room was beautiful. The living room and both bedrooms had big screen tvs. Nice!!! The bathroom was roomy and had a nice big shower - no bathtub - which was OK for us. There were robes and slippers in both rooms. Great quality and quantity of towels in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy. We have no complaints about the unit at all! We would definitely recommend - as long as you're OK with stairs to get to the top floor! ☺️ I would definitely book here again, but on a lower level.
The stairs. 70 of them in total. Carpeted - which somehow made them worse. Given Scotland is uphill - no matter which way you're travellIng - LOL - doing 70 stairs at the end of a tiring day sightseeing was a lot for us. But we're in our 60's - travelling with a 6 year old. The 30 somethings with us didn't seem too bothered by them. Just know that there's no elevator so you're taking your luggage up all those stairs by yourself.

Lovely furnished apartment, good location
The welcome basket was virtually empty, no coffee, two tea bags and one tiny milk pot, no coffee pods for the coffee machine. I think these things could have been supplied considering the price we paid for the apartment. One of the living room windows is also broken and would not close.

Very spacious apartment in the middle of Edinburgh, right next to Victoria Street. The apartment in itself was really nice and fully equipped - good Wi-Fi, heating working well, hot water during the entire stay. Based on our research, this was the best option to stay during our trip.
- Entrance code received by email was wrong - had to wait for 15 minutes in front of the door to reach someone by phones indicated at the entrance - The apartment is located in a nightlife area - during the night it was very much noise due to the pubs around us, but this was as advertised and there is nothing the host can do about it - appreciate the upfront honesty - Shower was leaky - asked for a mop and bucket to clean up - we received it quite fast.

Loved the grandure of the stairs case that met us on opening the front door. The quality of the carpet and the furniture on the landings. We liked the fact that we could use a light filtering blind but also a black out blind in the bathroom. We had the use of many kitchen appliances although didn't use them, dishwasher washing machine cooker etc. The TV was a decent size and quality and there was one in the bedroom that we didn't use. The whole apartment was spotless and in an amazing location, not far from station and not far from the castle as we were going to the Tattoo.
A lift would have been nice as the stairs were a bit much after walking in Edinburgh all day but we managed.lol Apart from that we could not fault the apartment and the mention of the lift was not really a negative.

The location is perfect! Not more than 20 minute walk from ALL major attractions. The farthest being Dean’s path! Attractions like the castle are exactly a 9 minute walk. The property itself was well maintained and spacious! More than enough room for the 3 people in our party.
I didn’t mind it but there isn’t a lift in this property. Just be mindful when booking just in case you have any elderly or differently abled people in your group:)

Every thing was better than I expected (E.g. you can also find towels, robes, shampon...etc.).
Two problems: 1-Communucation at weekend is ZERO. You can not reach them. So if you have an important problem, then you need to solve by your self. 2-The windows can not be opened nor closed. The window in bedroom was slightly opened and could not close it. We called them, we wrote to them, but they could not do any thing. On monday they wrote they will asko somebody to do something, but nothing happened.

We were in a 2 bdrm on the top floor. It was great to be able to store our bags until check in, and even though there was no parking, we were able to pull into the loading zone out front and quickly unload bags before heading to the public lot they recommended. The location is really close to all the major sights. The view of the castle was excellent! The living room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean and lovely. High quality bedding. Lots of nice touches - we had an excellent stay!
Lots of stairs, no elevator

Great place to stay. Apartment was very nice and clean. I see so many other comments for other similar places to stay that has concerns about getting information prior to checking in. This was not the case. They contacted me ahead of time and worked everything out to put me at ease to allow me to enjoy my vacation. In addition, they had an option of storing the luggage on the check out day to allow me to enjoy a half day of sightseeing with lugging around a big luggage.
The stairs as I was staying on the second floor.

Lovely comfortable hotel, perfect location with amazing view of Edinburgh Castle and Greyfriars. Washer/drier handy. Very helpful building manager who kindly carried our luggage up to the 4th floor.
We were given the door code ahead of time, but were unable to access the room. This was until we realised we had to do an online check-in, then voila! No lift.

We absolutely loved this apartment it was a highlight of our trip. Staff were very responsive in assisting us when we initially had trouble locating and getting in (our error). All the ammenities we could need. Stunning high ceilings, really spacious and airy with great view.
There was some slight noise from the street however it was New Year’s Eve and ear plugs were provided so it was fine! The car park is 20 minutes away from location so if you have lots of luggage you will have to catch transport or walk. However, an Uber was very cheap and the discount you are provided for the carpark is really great
