Location was great. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and upgraded with plenty of charging outlets. Small but it's London.

Tiny bed and windows wouldn't open.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, to be honest. My only gripe, perhaps, was the absence of a power outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer which seemed like a weird oversight.

The room was small but nice. The shower was really good with overhead and a handheld shower and good amount of power. It was also a really quiet considering we were in the middle of London! We were two minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station that took to to and from Hammersmith for a show and right into the centre of London all on one line within 10-15 mins. And right near the museums.

My only real complaint was the room was in the basement level, I wish I had known about that before booking. Also the only form of heat in the room was from a noisy wall mounted fan heater. I didn’t know about this until I woke in the first night to a freezing room as it wasn’t switched on. I left it on while we were out the following day to try and make sure the room was warmish upon our arrival and when we got back we found it was again turned off and the room was cold.

Loved the location - short walk to Picadilly and District lines and diverse restaurant options nearby. I can't tell you how much it meant to be able to check in early after a long flight - thank you for your outstanding customer service! Yes, my room was small, but it's London and it was comfy, had everything I needed, and is a place I would absolutely return.

Slightly softer mattress would be great, but that's personal preference.

All good, staff were friendly, helpful , and attentive. It is in a good area, two mins walk from EARLS COURT RD underground station which had good connections to the main areas of London, the Piccadilly and District lines Most of the usual shops and restaurants and a couple of bars were near too. Breakfasts were amazing with a wide variety of delicious food itemsto choose from each morning. The room, although a little on the small side, was comfortable and immaculately clean with fresh towels every morning. The facilities were excellent. The room had adequate WI-FI, Air conditioning, and blackout cutrains...the shower was amazing! All round... a nice experience!.. highly recommended.

The room (300) was placed right beside the lift, so we could hear other guests coming and going sometimes during the evenings.

The hotel was clean and fresh and the breakfast was of a very good standard. It was close to cafes and shops and also the Earls Court train station. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The check in staff were friendly and helpful and acknowledged us each time we came and went.

The room was super tiny - in fact it took our breath away that we had to squeeze in with 2 suitcases and two backpacks plus ourselves. In the end we got used to it and heard that London is notorious for its small hotel rooms. It was close to Christmas, so the price was high. Our room only had a half window up to the sky that didn't open.

Very good location near Earls Court underground station. Earls Court is a good area for eating, so although the hotel only does breakfast, it is easy to get your other meals. Very quiet. The rooms are tiny, but very well designed so that you have everything you need to hand and a good en suite bathroom. The management sent me an email ahead of time to alert me to the fact that rooms are small. Good breakfast.

Even though the management did make sure that guests know the rooms are small, a slightly bigger room would ave been nice, although given the building the hotel is in, that may not be possible.

Great location, 3min walk from Earl’s court station which has direct connection to London Heathrow airport via picadilly line. Many restaurants and eateries in the vicinity. The sleep was amazing, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Also, the rooms were really clean with daily room cleaning to spruce up the room/ empty rubbish/ change linens. Breakfast was delicious with a very good spread of English breakfast, fruits, bread, salami and cheese, to-die for croissants (crispy on outside, soft and buttery on the inside)!

Thank you to everyone at the Oliver Plaza Hotel for ensuring that our weekend stay provided all we sought. This was our first stay at the Oliver Plaza Hotel, conveniently located close to an event we attended, and will certainly be the first of many to come. The booking, check-in and check-out were smooth and catered for our demands; all the professionals we spoke with made us feel welcome guests, and we were very pleased with the facilities across the building. Thank you once again, for a stay we will certainly treasure.

This is not a dislike, just an "FYI": there was no mini-fridge in our room. We did not ask for one, and we were happy without it as this was a one-night stay. Just something to consider when you book, if it'll be relevant to your visit (:

Excellent accommodation, very close to Earls Court underground. Great location for travelling around the city. We were a group of 4 so booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were very clean with good quality comfortable beds and all the usual amenities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We didn’t book breakfast but they were happy to have us join in - great spread of both full English and continental and really great value for money. We would have paid a lot more for the breakfast elsewhere. One of our rooms had a faulty lock which we reported at reception and within minutes the maintenance guy was there to sort it. Really great little hotel and we all enjoyed our stay. We will happily use this lovely little hotel again. We would highly recommend

Only downside was the glass door on bathroom. As adult family members sharing we would have preferred to have a solid door but this didn’t impact on our stay
