Apartment very comfortable and was good prepared for our visit. Location is superb. Door locks allows keyless access that is very convenient if travel in a group of 5 and no time waste for checkin/checkout. Sofa bed in living room was very comfortable even for 190cm person like me. Everything in kitchen in good working condition. Absolutely clean. Would recommend.

Need to update your bathroom and sort out your shower. Floorboards could be changed as well.

The location is great. The apt is roomy enough for 2 and having access to a washer/dryer was much appreciated. I was traveling with my adult daughter and we easily accessed the tube and the train from this location. So much to do and see from this well appointed and ideally situated apt.!

The dryer, as with other washer/dryer combos we used in Scotland and London, really don’t do much drying. Also, the blinds need some attention, looking a bit shoddy.

Prime location and Cleanliness

1. Visitors need to consider that this prime location comes with a price - there is a lot of noise outside. 2. Suggestion for improvement: please keep a spare bed settings for cases of co-workers who travel together and don't want to share (i.e. the default should be 3 blankets / 2 blanket + 1 spare)

Fabulous and comfortable flat with everything you could want in an amazing location.

Loved loved loved the location, all the amenities we needed were available and it was clean and comfortable. All the furniture is new and well kept. Would absolutely stay here again.

There were somethings not fabulous. The bathroom and kitchen being the main culprits. The shower had mildew, and wooden baseboards that were falling apart. The bathroom faucet kept coming off, and the baseboard under the dishwasher repeated fell off when using said dishwasher. Also the knobs in the shower were inconsistent on whether they would appropriately control the temperatures.

Location was very good, facilities in the apartment were excellent quiet despite the location access easy warm

I had difficulties sorting out access on the first day Early flight arrival and nowhere to go, information on the original booking was not correct - given access code but not keypad and no easy contact with the host it would be better to be met by someone - which by chance happened when they changed my booking because of a fault in the original place
