Very well located, 3 min walk from South Kensington Underground and 10 min walk from others 2 lines (Central and Barons). Location exceeds the size of the room. Well equipped Room with hair dryer, iron, coffee machine and towel dryer. Self check-in service, but supported by reception guy.

Very small room, if you have 2 big suitcases, probably it will not fit, luck me we was with two handbags, so there are spaces under the bed to suit them. And the shower is very small as well, as it is on the corner of the bathroom, you do not have much space to move yourself. But Location exceeds the size of the room.

Very good location, cleanliness and decent room. A lift was available and a nice view from the room. Close to Kensington Olympia Overground station and lots of breakfast options on Kensington high street.

Check-in was complicated and is at a different hotel (called Nox Kensington) which is a 5-10 minute walk. The check-in software doesn't work sometimes. Earls Court is the closest tube and it's a 15-minute walk from Earls court. (Don't get fooled by Kensington Olympia, that's an overground station, not a tube, so if you are coming from Heathrow, keep that in mind)

Cheap, mini fridge, self clean in available after 10pm, quick response from reception via WhatsApp, clean. I was worried about dirty rooms and getting the security deposit back after reading other reviews, but I had no problems with it thankfully and the room was perfectly clean.

Quite small room but not bad for a short stay. The security deposit of £100 was a scary idea to me as it was a lot of money but it was returned without any problem automatically. The location was a bit inconvenient to get to on a bank holiday as Kensington olympia was not operating as usual

Okay. I guess I didn’t mind the size of the room I got. Hotel rooms in London are never big anyway so it was decent. I also had a window that was nice The lighting was good. So you’ll have enough light for makeup which was important for me as I was dressing up

You have to pay a £100 deposit which is NOT clear on booking’s website. I knew ahead of time because of reviews. You also HAVE TO HAVE a bank card to pay this deposit otherwise they can’t check it in please note. I confirmed this with the reception. You will eventually get it back, but most transactions take I think 7 days so you won’t get your money back for a few days The main thing that would deter me from here is that deposit. More hangers are needed. There was only one in my room. Ironing board was flimsy but hey Walls are thin so beware The bathroom could do with a place to put towels. The space is quite limited

I liked the two double beds, they were big enough. The shower was also very nice. The location was great, nice neighbourhood and close to the station. The receptionist was very nice, at both hotels, because we left our luggage at a different one for check in and out. They let us get ready at a bathroom before check in cause we arrived sooner, that was so nice. I loved the hair dryer it dried my hair so fast, there was also an iron which was very nice of them to provide one.

The room was small. We were four girls and we could barely walk around the room from our stuff. The sink was tiny and we were getting wet from washing our face. The room didn’t have a lock and we were afraid in the beginning.

It was a really solid room for the price! Bed was pretty comfy, room was clean, and staff was friendly. It was in a really nice location and felt safe. Really accessible by public transit and near some decent bars, restaurants, and shops.

Honestly can’t say there was a lot I didn’t like. I knew I was getting a budget hotel so anything that wasn’t amazing was to be expected - reception staff wasn’t 24/7, space wasn’t like ~luxurious~ - but literally I just needed a place to sleep and there’s certainly much worse spaces!

Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to overground station. Comfortable bed and clean room. Heating was good

A bit small I kept bumping into the bed and got injured, would have preferred if the bed side wasn’t sharp. Elevator was shaking terribly every-time you use it. Construction work made lots of noise in the morning but it did start after 10am so you can just leave your room and start your day by then

Hotel was situated VERY close to Olympia Conference center and so was excellent for the having a base were I could put things rather than carrying them around. Well placed for transport as well being easily in walking distances of Tube and bus routes.

They have a sister hotel one street over (a 5 min walk) and google Maps will try and take you there if you just type in NOX Hotel. The shower despite being all the way over on cold was still a bit hot, and I like a hot shower!

This hotel met my expectations, even exceeded them a little bit. I was taken aback that my room was larger than it looked in photos; it was nice, quiet and had all the amenities I needed like an en suite bathroom, your own fridge, microwave, TV and air-conditioning. (A lifesaver!) Very convenient too as I was travelling to the Olympia for a convention which was only a 2-minute walk up the street! The hotel staff were friendly, approachable and sympathetic, especially the housekeepers. I would definitely recommend if you need somewhere affordable to stay, a single room is a surprisingly great value for money.

The only downside was the lift was out of order, so lugging my heavy suitcase up and down 2-to-3 flights of stairs wasn’t the best.

the noise mainly from construction work, but we were given notice ahead so fair enough. also, would be nice if shower gel gets refilled once the bottles are empty during a room cleaning. we had to go downstairs to ask for new ones.
